The customer service is beyond stellar
The customer service is beyond stellar! There was a problem shipping my order. Alaya said the shipper had it. The shipper did not register the package. NO WORRIES Alaya made it right and immediately sent the product to me. And added one more! I love the Alaya Multi Collagen product. And they stand behind their process. Highly recommend them!
And the product is excellent. Been using it for several months. My hair nails and skin are showing the results. I take it every day.

I wish your website had more information like the ounces actually put into the small large version of your collagen. I have to email you and try to get an answer. You don’t even have a one 800 number to call. I’m tired of companies not really caring about Customer Service anymore because you don’t put enough information on the website. I can’t even be my own Customer Service.

The Changes Have Been Amazing!
About the company: I appreciate the great detail Alaya Naturals goes into explaining what their products consist of and what results you can reasonably expect from them. Their recipe section is great for making supplement taking more enjoyable. I love when they run a really great deal (50% off) so I can try other supplements in their line!
About the Product: I have been using a prominent collagen (VP) for years and never noticed a difference in hair, skin, nails, joint pain, etc. I worried the collagen hype was just that- hype. I continued to take it for years though because maybe it was doing something inside my body I couldn’t see or feel. What a change with Alaya Naturals 5 types of collagen! I’m 54 yrs old and have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia and could tell a significant difference in body aches within 1-2 weeks of consistent use. The key is consistent use. I see best results consuming it twice a day. My hair stylist even asked what I was doing because of a renewed life/health to my hair. My skin is looking better (younger, brighter, firmer) than it has in probably 5 years! It’s only Alaya Naturals for me from now on. The price is great for the quality!
