They damaged the item
Hi,
We had a client that bough a dress and before she left the store we realized that it was some make up on it. She checked the dress for other damage and that was all that was on it, so we told her that we will send it to the dry cleaner and pay for it. When we went to picked up the dress we realized that there were 6 holes made by a machine on it.
The owner didn't take any responsibility for it and he didn't wanted to pay for dress either.
He was extremely rude during the whole conversation.
I feel that the costumer service there is really bad as I have seen him treating other clients very badly.
