We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Lyndon. Always on time, explains everything very well. Fair pricing. Great product.
Would definitely recommend to friends.

Lyndon was good at first when we had a number of issues with the system, all within a few months of installation. He turned up as agreed to resolve the faults, obviously as they were under warranty.

A couple of years later, we changed our Internet supplier and lost the connection on our mobiles.

I thought this would be a simple change to get the system back up and running on the mobiles, but HOW WRONG COULD I HAVE BEEN!

We’ve now been without the system for nearly 2 months. I contacted Lyndon once our new Broadband had been installed and he said he would need to visit the property to reconfigure the system.

I had to chase him up on this. He then agreed a day to visit but cancelled that at the last hour.

He then said he may be able to connect remotely through my laptop. We tried this with Lyndon messaging what to do first, before he would be able to connect to the CCTV box.

This unfortunately wasn’t working with the steps Lyndon asked me to try and after some perseverance and trying a few different things, we gave up on it at that stage.

We were then going away on holiday, which I wasn’t happy about not having the system working on the mobiles but there was nothing we could do despite being in this position for 3 weeks prior.

A few days later I suddenly thought about the WPS button on the router, a step Lyndon never mentioned to push when we were trying.

Upon return from holiday, I tried all the steps again BUT pushed the WPS button and yes, I managed to get through everything Lyndon needed me to do before he would be able to connect to the CCTV box.

I sent Lyndon an email to let him know about this and asked if he could try and connect and do what he needed to do.

I waited a week with no acknowledgement from Lyndon before chasing him up for an update. He then responded by saying he would need to visit the property without even trying to connect remotely.

Next I heard from Lyndon was a few days later when he asked me what days I was home the following week. I replied letting him know I would be around Monday to Thursday. We are now past that week and haven’t heard anything from Lyndon.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of aftercare from Lyndon.

Great professional work, arrived on time, all work completed with old system overhauled and a few new bits added in no time, great job, professionally done.

Great customer service. We had 2 cameras fitted with minimum disruption and fuss and we are so pleased with them. I had some issues with working out the app (I am useless with technology!) Lyndon offered to come out and sort and was always available via message. Will definitely use again in the future.

For the last few years, Lyndon has regularly serviced and maintained my alarm and has recently installed a more up to date system with improved security features. Lyndon installed the new wireless alarm system with great professionalism. He messaged on the day to confirm his arrival time, worked quickly and tidily and then explained how the system worked so I was able to use it with confidence straight away. A very happy customer!!

Just like to share my experience with this company, we booked Lyndon through Facebook for a 4 camera system for my sons new house, Lyndon was there before time and after a quick chat to my son about where to put the cameras he set to work. I’m a little ocd sometimes and I don’t like to see wires so we agreed the best place for the cameras was on the soffit board.The recorder was put in the loft with a wireless device so it could connect to e router downstairs. The cameras where then configured to my sons phone and “hey presto”lovely clear images covering pretty much all of the outside and no visible wires. We are thrilled with the service and Lyndon is very knowledgeable and a thoroughly nice chap. I really couldn’t recommend any higher. many thanks John
