WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
I paid $100 for New Wave and I was going to give it as a gift but the box was completely destroyed when it arrived! I've been purchasing from you for years and have never had any issues, why would you even ship this out like this? Now I've spent $100 and I can't give it to who I purchased it for. I emailed customer service and they said that the boxes were damaged when they received them. That's your customer service answer? At least tell your customers this or lower the price to compensate. This is horrible customer service and I'm now considering not purchasing from you in the future!

Great service and prompt attention
I bought some special elite coins from alakazam and one of the “special” coins was blemished. I recieved promt replies and service and the “special” coin was in the mail same day. Chris is a skilled magician and was great to chat with through the process.

I put an order in to Alakazam Magic on…
I put an order in to Alakazam Magic on Dec 4, 2024. I kept checking my order and it said it was not “FULFILLED” I went on the Chat and left a message! Chris Got back to me and told me my order fell through the cracks and was NOT SENT OUT! He quickly sent the order out to me (Dec16) He apologized and sent my order over night and I received it on Dec 24, 2024! He also included some great tricks in my order! Thanks Chris, YOUR THE BEST!

Great experience overall
Great experience overall. Delivery was lightning fast and reasonably priced, and online materials were available immediately even while I waited for the delivery of physical products. The physical products were excellent quality and reasonably priced. Have already ordered twice from Alakazam and have a wishlist for future purchases.

GREAT Products & Superior Customer Service
I discovered Alakazam Magic in October and have already placed three orders. The items they carry and create are top-notch. The videos that you receive with your items are so thorough. After placing a couple of my orders, I received a call from Harry to say "Thanks!" and had a lovely chat. I also received a call from Chris at the US Location the other day. I've received prompt responses to any questions from Chris (on Chat) and Andrew (in email). BTW, if you haven't joined UNLIMITED yet you are missing out. It's unbelievable how much magic is available for such a small monthly fee! What a great crew!! I'm so proud to be a part of the AlakaFam! BRAVO
