The entire process of Ascension Leadership Academy was incredibly empowering and enlightening. ALA has helped me identify and shift my limiting beliefs about various aspects of my life, including wellness, relationships, and finances. I truly understand how powerful and capable I am. It has shown me what is possible with a clear vision, integrity, and discipline. 

This community has given me the tools to be resilient in the face of challenges as I navigate starting a business while working full-time as a nurse. I have formed deeper and more meaningful relationships with my family and friends.  I love myself completely, and I’ve let go of self-judgment and shame. I feel free and inspired to be my true authentic self.

If I had to describe the impact of Ascension Leadership Academy in one word, it would be purpose. This community is full of compassionate people who are committed to living lives of purpose and hope. It is amazing to be connected with people who want to make the world a better place. It has changed me for the better, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an inspiring and positive life change <3  

In a word, ALA was transformational for me. Like many others, I was initially skeptical of the entire experience, especially after reading various Reddit posts.

It took me about six months from first hearing about ALA to deciding to join. What convinced me were friends I respect who completed the program. I noticed a tangible shift in how they carried themselves, communicated through conflict, and handled stress. Attending a graduation event sealed the deal--I highly recommend doing this if you're considering the program.

It's hard to sum up everything I gained from ALA, but here are some key takeaways:

* Identifying blind spots that were causing resistance
* Practicing forgiveness and making peace with relationships
* Playing win-win in all interactions and relationships
* Building friendships with other leaders deeply committed to increasing their emotional intelligence (EQ)
* Getting comfortable with doing the uncomfortable
* Deepening my relationships with family
* Learning how to lead and relate to different personality types
* Honoring my word and commitments (to myself and others)
* And so much more!

If you're considering ALA, I highly recommend it. It has truly changed my life!

ALA is a beautiful cohort of people from all walks of life who come together to heal in community, change and grow in community, and dream together in community. I used to think that healing, working on myself, and therapy was a private thing that you did on your own or with your therapist. But the truth is that ALA provides the perfect mirror into how you’re truly showing up in life, work, relationships and with yourself, and gives you the opportunity to grow and examine your growth points while also being unconditionally loved and held. I highly recommend ALA!

I recently graduated from Ascension Leadership Academy. It is an emotional intelligence leadership training. The experience was an incredible journey of growth. The community is loving and supportive, making the experience truly enriching. I enjoyed it so much that I went on to staff, which was equally amazing. Highly recommended!

Ascension Leadership Academy program is a life-transforming experience for me! Completing Levels 1, 2 and 3 had been the best personal development journey that I have taken (and I have done a lot of personal development studies in the past). Having gone through this training, I now have the tools and knowledge to overcome my limitations in life; and become a much better version of myself.

It is a shame that some reviewers referred to it as a cult without really knowing what it is. It is the exact opposite! The program builds a community of leaders with connection, compassion and love. It makes this world a better place by changing lives!!

Just finished Level 3 of this program. This has been by far the most impactful experience. I left everything that was holding me back behind me and I move forward with more excitement. I have the tools to move out of my comfort zone with more confidence. I am a changed person and am very grateful for this process.

ALA was, and still is, amazing. The insights and breakthroughs I experienced changed the lens in which I see the world through. I not only gained clarity, but learned how to channel my efforts and energy in the most effective way to make the greatest impact possible. My communication became more effective and my relationships in every area of my life improved. It has improved every area of my life. I have 0 regrets seeing this whole process through.

This program has been life changing for me. I have read a tone of books, countless podcasts, and worked on myself for years. But nothing has compared to the experience I had with ALA. Things clicked in a way no book or podcast could ever achieve. The amount of support and community I have received has changed my view on life. I look at people and this world with a different set of lenses. Love and emotional intelligence are my gifts from this experience.

With the help of Ascension Leadership Academy (ALA), I have completely transformed my life. This program taught me about emotional intelligence- something that is not taught in school. Yet this is something that affects literally everything I do in life. ALA helped me discover the thoughts, emotions, and stories I told myself that get in the way of living my best possible life. It then helped me break through these and has taught me tools to be able to sustain the breakthrough. If you want to live your BEST life, do ALA!

This was the most positive transformation that I’ve experienced in such a short period of time. The path to growth is challenging, but this training creates tangible results. Worth the investment in yourself, hands down!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think 5 weekends and 4 months of my life would bring me to my knees in the most beautiful way. Transformation is absolutely possible. I was held at my highest throughout this process, stretched in ways I did not know I had in me, given an opportunity to work through and heal at the deepest level, had my heart blown wide open and found love for myself that even now is still blowing my mind. This whole process is guided by others who have worked through things themselves and are in the trenches with you...the space they hold for each person is safe, supportive, and filled with love.

Ascension Leadership Academy has been such a phenomenal experience. I could write all day about what going through this training has done for my life; healing trauma, deepening my relationships with family and friends. Really though, what’s been most impactful for me has been the people I’ve met through this. It’s rare to find a group of people that are so genuine and love so much. I now have people in my life that I can turn to for support when times get tough, or when I’m having a rough day. I am so grateful for this training for helping me find them.

I feel invigorated, motivated and renewed in love, community and my vision!
When I walked into Level 1, I was stuck and unmotivated in my life and business.
I’ve been stretched, made vulnerable, challenged and my heart opened and made full. There were moments near the end when I wasn’t sure I would make it all the way to the end, however I determined not to give up, I got out of my own way with the amazing support I received and I’m proud of myself for sticking with it and did more than I thought possible. Now I’m creating the life I want. I’m not stuck with feeling like I have to continue down the same path. My vision can shift and change and I can go after what I really want. 😃 Words elude me trying to describe the immense gratitude I feel for ALA.
I see unlimited possibilities for people in my life and will live in service to others supporting them in achieving their dreams. Will I recommend ALA to others to support them in dreaming up their vision and what they want in this life. Absolutely! Do I get anything out of doing so? Absolutely! I get the joy of knowing someone else is on their way to freedom, from all the emotions and thoughts that prevent them from living life to its fullest.
