we ordered emerald ring in white gold for 60th birthday present, loved it so much that then ordered the drop gold necklace. we are both delighted with the quality and LOVE both. Customer service was amazing and so helpful from Annika and Maria!

I ordered the twisted ring from them and it was delivered incredibly fast. Unfortunately, I had ordered a size too big and had it replaced. The replacement process was quick and painless, the service extremely good.
I’m only giving them 4 stars because the ring is actually 9k gold and not 14k as advertised. The 2nd ring turned out to be a tiny bit too small so I took it to resize it to avoid another return. The jewellery checked and informed me the gold is 9k.
The ring is lovely and I would have ordered it either way as it’s exactly the design I was looking for, but I find it disappointing that the gold purity is not the one advertised

I ordered a piece from Akind, it was stunning, but I didn’t love the clasp as I couldn't close and open it by myself easily. The return process was really easy, though DHL Express held it thinking it contained hazardous goods (probably because of the gold). DHL would send the bracelet back to me if Akind didn't hand over the right information on time. Akind’s customer service was kind, quick, and helpful. They solved it right away. Great experience overall and will definitely be ordering from them the future as they have stunning rings as well!

Quick delivery of nivellieren and savely packed jewelery. Necklaces are beautyful.

Delivery was supposed to be on 31st December by DHL, ended by delivered by 7th January. It was a birthday gift which did not come on time. Contacted AKIND since 2nd of January, i thought they would assist in making delivery faster, but they did not bother to reply. So I won’t bother to order anymore from this company. Disappointment!

Had to exchange the ring I purchased online to a smaller size, customer support was very helpful and quick to reply. Everything was processed within a few days and I received my new ring without any delays.
