Genuinely the best company I've used, and I've used a lot.

Highlights - customer service is exceptional. I was querying something early on and they proactively gave me a ring and sorted in 2 mins. Everywhere else is 48 hours to a week response time.

I use the sports betting a bit for football or horses, no issues other than more in-play selections but they've cited they are working on that.

I never used the casino so can’t comment on that but just about every bet I tried to place was sent to a trader for review. My funds have been returned and my account closed without warning.

Very strange site this! Only yesterday I was looking to place my Arc bets (horse racing) and Oddschecker showed this site to have decent odds. Therefore I signed up placed a couple of bets, everything fine. This morning I have deposited some more money to place more bets. Both bets went to a trader who refused the bets then I get thrown out of my account. When I try to log back in I get a message saying Account Closed! What a joke of a bookmaker, this really ought to be illegal what they have done here. If you can't lay the bet then don't offer the prices. Only in the world of online bookmaking is looking for the best prices frowned upon by the site. Don't go here people you will regret it.

I had an awful experience with AkBets. Their trading team treats customers terribly, and the way they operate feels like a complete trap. They regularly leave slightly bigger prices on Premier League fixtures – but if you take those odds, your bet is sent to a trader, rejected, and your account is closed. This isn’t a one-off; it’s a pattern I’ve noticed repeatedly.

The whole setup feels designed to lure in bettors and then shut them down when they take what looks like value. It’s absolutely disgusting behaviour for a bookmaker.

On top of that, the public face of the company, Anthony Kaminskas, comes across as arrogant and unprofessional on social media. Instead of running a fair service, AkBets seems more interested in mocking punters and restricting anyone who shows even a hint of winning potential.

My advice: **stay well clear of AkBets.** There are plenty of reputable UK bookmakers out there, but this isn’t one of them.

Super quick, efficient and understanding customer service.
An actual human responded within minutes and once I explained the situation, all was resolved again within minutes.

AVOID , Deposited 20 instantly locked out my account asked for kyc , so I sent all documents required and told my bank statement was edited , I don't know how that's possible as it's simply downloaded off my monzo I don't control what it says , so I ask for my money back and just scrap the whole account as not worth the hassle , and completely blanked no refund , or explanation. I read many feedbacks about the company. What make me think is, why a business respect himself will remove/close accounts based on poor review. It is absolutely joke. I do suggest the people to use reliable and proven bookies. Nothing personal, guts, now you can close my account too. Upsss ... I still got no one. The attractive odds is not enough, but relax, many people still to catch! The negative reviews are useful to go further and do it better and better. Child reaction are not good for any business. Tried to place a bet on Newcastle to beat Barcelona, was referred to a trader who rejected it and then was immediately logged out and account was closed - with my money in it! Absolute charlatans. Stay well clear.

No luck on the casino as yet, which is a shame, and no luck on the horses but that's my fault as can't pick my nose let alone a horse haha 😆 😜

However account got locked for wrong password and sent an email and was amazed at how quick they got back to me.

All in all a good site, easy to use, staff seem friendly enough 😀

Obviously a dodgy company. Where as all other companies will stop you keep depositing large and phone you or request verification etc . No contact whatsoever . Lost lots of money and their slots are clearly rigged - you can spin for hundreds of spins without a bonus coming in and when they do even on £5 spins pay out zero or like £20/£30 . I have gambled on so many sites and never known anything like this . For example sky bet would pay more for 20p/50p stakes . Anyway back on Gamstop and ruined now thanks to these irresponsible I’m sure unlawful company

Very good company no problems and fast withdrawal. Could do with live casino though

Instant withdrawals not like other sites where you have to wait a couple of hours or even 24 hours here you click on withdraw and money is in your account within 1 min even at midnight lol. Been with them for over a week and so far not had any issues apart from when I sometimes place a big bet like £400-£500 it goes to a trader for approval but that’s normally approved 99% of the time unless the market is suspended or no longer available. Don’t use it for the games or casino so can’t comment on that but for sports betting I would give it 5 stars.

I am giving them a 3 star review just for the funny responses.

Edit: I opened an account put in £40, currently made a £80 win so attempting a withdrawal of £30. further update to follow. Withdrawal completed in around 40 mins.

The site is the usual layout, football wise the markets are all pretty standard.

No issues as of yet, If all is well in a week or so I will upgrade to 5 stars, So far so good.
