I was told the Christmas gift I ordered would arrive on the 20th of December--I ordered them well in advance. They actually arrived on January 10th. ABSURD! If you had been accurate from the start it would have been OK, but it's not cool to promise and then not deliver.
staff really care. Great place for books and nice things
As is the case with a lot of reviews here, the delivery time was very long. Though I don't really care about that would appreciate that they put the warning about delivery times in the cart not in the support section. My real problem is I ordered books from them because I knew my other option would ship them all separately. I had 4 small pocket books which could all fit in the same thing, but no they have to send one of them separately. So much much for being climate friendly...

Never order anything from them even if you can not find the thing elsewhere.
We ordered a book that they said was in stock. The website was strange and even though we ordered one book, the order was placed for three books.
As soon as we got the notification, we called them and they said that they can't help us even though the books hadn't been shipped yet. So according to them, we would have to return the books and then get our money back.
We got the books, and they had sent us the wrong books. So we returned them all. A few days later, we received two letters from another company called Arvato Finans, saying that we must fill in some forms and send it back to them in order to get our money.
We filled those forms up and sent them and are still waiting for the payments.
Thanks a lot Akademibockhandeln. We're never buying anything from you again. And I'll make sure that everyone else knows about your terrible service as well.
