Alex was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was very honest and helpful with his advice. His service was first class and he made what could have been a stressful situation straight forward and quick to resolve. I would highly recommend him.

****BEWARE **** agreed an estimate for works with a timeline of 3/4 weeks - now it’s over two months on and despite several unanswered phone calls and sporadic assurances that it would be ready in a couple of days, the car is still not ready. Came to remove the car to another garage and 60% was added to the upper end of the estimate. This is despite asking several times for a final price and we were never given an indication the work had increased significantly. Answer was that they were doing this work for us a ‘favour’. Will be pursuing this legally and also contacting trading standards.

Nothing but good things to say, Dale made it a very smooth process and was very accommodating to my time restrictions due to my work.
The car, a mini JCW, was very well presented and came with a full, no advisories MOT and an optional warranty.
It was extremely well priced, to the point I did wonder what was wrong with it. Absolutely nothing! I've had the car a month now and it is fantastic.

Recently bought a Fiesta Titanium TDCI. From the outset Dale offered a fantastic, friendly service and nothing was too much trouble.

Car was really well prepared and all social distancing guidelines were followed.

Dale was open and honest with everything about the car and even apologised for not been able to offer me a brew due to the current restrictions!

I arrived to view the car at 11.15, deal was done and the car was delivered to my home by Dale by 13.45!

Car is great, I am well made up with it.
