Great personal service from AJ Bell on pension transfer in
I recently transferred a pension into AJ Bell from another provider as I wanted to access the 25% tax free element as a lump sum - something my current provider could not do. I was very pleased with the attention and communication during the transfer process. When the money finally arrived into AJ Bell Talha Siddique helped talk me through the process to extract the lump sum. I would also like a special mention for Charlie Tunmer who oversaw the whole process. Many thanks for your help and patience.

Solved the issue, although needed to place on hold and seek advice elsewhere. However a quite reasonable experience overall, and fairly minimal waiting for an answer - no queing on hold nir multiple option menus. Polite.

App is simple to navigate.
Switched to AJ Bell because both the website and app are really clear and simple to navigate. Their customer service is quick, polite and responsive.
Fees are reasonable and there's a wide selection of funds and shares to choose from.
Highly recommended.
