I saw their ad on Facebook, so figured it would be a legitimate site. But clearly is not. I have experienced same thing as everyone else here has posted. Never buy anything online with a debit card folks. Luckily I’m protected, because I used credit card, and my charge will be removed whether funds are recovered or not

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered in January. Never received product the tracking was bogus. They kept saying be patient. On April 4th they said they canceled the order and will issue a refund but processing will take up to 14 days. By May 6th, I still haven’t received the refund. Of course no product also. Now when I email they act clueless about the refund and said they are processing the order and will ship it with tracking in 4-5 business days.

Never received fireplace just emails saying because of covid takes longer. I want my money back. This place is a scam

Order Jan 15, never received the item. Emailed 5 times and I received generic emails that the item had been shipped and to continue to keep waiting fir it. No tracking info given. Disputed with bank.

I ordered multiple selenite fireplaces in December 2020, Now in April 2021 the item still has not arrived. I've contacted the seller multiple times over the last 4 months with sub-par customer service. they gave me a bogus tracking number stating it would turn into a UPS tracking number once it cleared customs. Now the site states it is not taking any orders. SCAM!

Below zero. I ordered the selenite fireplace in January and never received it. They gave me a bogus shipping number, and alternately say they will refund (hasn’t happened in 4 months) and then flip flop and say the order has been shipped. Scam.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. Gave them the bank routing information from AIZZOR on my statement (Banking in Canada, but "products" are from China) and all their website details. Give both them all the information you can. I also filed a report with my bank disputing the charge to get my money back. They have responded to my emails and I hear the same thing from "Alyssa" each time. Except today when the person asked me how they can issue a refund or cancel an order. Complete scam, completely incompetent people; but most likely both.

I only gave it one star because you couldn't give it negative. I ordered two very expensive dog beds and never received them and cannot get a hold of them these people are a scam scam scam

This company is a fraud. Ordered the selenite fireplace insert January 17. Three+ months later, nothing. Won’t respond to emails.

SCAMMERS! I ordered a chessboard for my son on December 26th and IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED! The company won’t respond to my emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

This is not a company, this is simply a scam. They cash out your money and you never hear of them again. It's a shame the domain name is still published on the internet. Ordered in January, never received anything and they never replied to my requests.

I wouldn't even give this company a one star rating. I ordered a selenite piece for the fireplace back in Jan. 2021. No product or response. SCAM ALERT

Worst experience. Def a scam. I have never received any product nor a refund. My bank is working on getting money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Beware do not buy anything from this company ( If you can call it that ) You will be scammed out of your money and not be given anything in return, except regret.

The worst shopping experience.
I ordered the Selenite for my fireplace in Jan. It’s April 16th and I never received it. I emailed multiple times and got a response that there is shipping delay due to Covid. These people are scammers.So very sad. Be aware and do not buy anything from them!

The same exact thing happened to me with the selenite crystal for the fireplace. I have emailed 2 times and get the same COVID delay excuse everyone else I’m reading on here is getting! This is so sad....no humanity!
