Honest Feedback – AIWO Healthcation Program

I came to AIWO as a healthy, proactive biohacker for their 3-day comprehensive testing package after seeing it promoted on several longevity podcasts.
What was good:
They efficiently completed every test on the list and delivered a full diagnostic report at a reasonable price. The medical testing side worked well.
What fell short:
The experience did not match the premium luxury wellness retreat shown on their website. Key issues included:

Poor communication and no single point of contact — constant confusion with schedule, transport, and roles.
Noticeable hygiene problems (mould in sauna, cobwebs, dirty tissues, no sanitisation between patients).
Off-site appointments at older public hospitals with very dated equipment and long, poorly coordinated commutes.
Basic, generic advice that didn’t suit an already-healthy biohacker; many treatments felt rushed or mismatched.

The programme is well-suited for people with existing health conditions who need foundational testing and education. For international biohackers or longevity enthusiasts looking for a high-end, personalised experience, it currently falls short on facility standards, coordination, and premium service.
I would recommend AIWO only if your main goal is fast, affordable lab testing and you’re okay with basic execution. For a true luxury wellness or advanced biohacking retreat, I would look elsewhere.
