I purchase a Ukrainian football jersey in September just received it now very happy with the quality of the jersey after reading so many bad reviews thinking I was not going to receive my jersey or that it was going to be fake. 😁😁😁

I looked at a football strip for my son which the company sells at hugely discounted prices. After doing some research I realised they must be fake and I chose not to go through with the payment. I had already entered my email address and even after closing the page, they started sending requests for payment. Massively dodgy company, stay well away from this Chinese BS.

The service of the shop is very good and the people that work there are very friendly.

Fast, correct administration, my questions are answered quickly. I received the product on time.

Fake shop and customer service is not good. They sent me danaged ans wrong products and they want me to send it to china. I have to pay for it. Keep away from it!

I ordered a football shirt. After one use the letters and number on the back started to loosen. I asked for a refund or other solution. Aisope suggested I could get a new shirt (exactly the same) if I left a 5 star review. Which I thought was weird and misleading for future customers. But I agreed. They sent me the wrong shirt... this has been a terrible experience. I wouldn't trust any 5 star review you see here...

After recieving a shirt with the name printed wrong there was no problem to get the correct shirt.

Stated they had local free shipping.

Long overdue, the only thing I have received is a request to pay additional import taxes and import fees from China to get my already paid for tshirt 😡

Aisope refuses to pay for these additional costs they've imposed on me.

You can safely assume the all negative reviews are actual customers and the 5-stars are all fake reviews from Aisope themselves (why would anyone that is super happy with the product and super happy with the fast delivery time, also want to contact customer support? Just so they can state that they were super happy with that too in their review?? 😅.)

I actually bought from Aisope.se (not listed here), they seem all to be a Chinese firm that has set up web fronts in various European countries purporting to be a local company following local regulations (like paying import tarrifs for anything they get from abroad). Not so.

Never again.
