I’ve had Arizone for almost three years now and it has never worked well. Installer can’t do much since they rely on airzone HQ but they can’t really help from a distance. They keep replacing parts but it only seems to get worse. Now the entire airzone part is switched off and we only use the daikin airco without separate temp control in different rooms.
Kevin was very helpful, although my issue is not yet resolved he was curteous and friendly
My contractor installed Airzone in relation to a set of Daikin heat pumps, located in Italy.
After almost three years from purchase the system is still unstable, unresponsive, and unreliable; the app is unreliable (it does not represent reality and/or does not execute commands); the local service center does not have the tools or the expertise to solve the problems and always has to contact “headquarters” (in Spain or Milan); all sorts of items have been replaced or added (to no or only partial avail); it is impossible to speak or liaise with Airzone itself (which does not even have a call center); it’s a continuing bouncing of responsibility among “headquarters”, the service center, and the installer. The lack of reliability and the absence of prompt and efficient assistance are the key failures by Airzone.
MY A/C WAS NOT FUNCTIONING AND I CALLED SOME OTHER COMPANY BEFORE AND THEY COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM WITH MY UNIT UNTIL A AIRZONE TECH BY THE NAME OF JAMES STAHL INSTANTLY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND HE FIXED IT ON THE SPOT. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE.
