This company doesn’t care about its…

This company doesn’t care about its customers. They are so rube and could care less. They accuse me of opening a case with PayPal and telling me I could not do any further orders with them. How a minute later the emailed and said say work person. Their phones are turned off. If you email and ask a question they will tell you that you are spamming them to stop emailing them. I have never been treated so badly by a company. I did finally open a case because they created a shipping label but it was not leaving their facility. Once I opened the case they shipped it three days later. However the package was empty. PayPal sided with them. Please don’t waste your money. I lost mine. I have copies of all the emails to prove this.

Long, quality tape-in extensions

This company has the longest tape-in extensions I can find on the market, and they are quality! I upgraded for the higher quality options (double drawn, remy premium plus) and they last so long! I've been reusing them for ages.
I also custom dyed the 60 platinum and it dyed beautifully (as with any hair, ymmv, make sure to do a test piece).

This isn't about the product, it's about the customer service.
I haven't purchased any product yet, just doing my due diligence before purchasing. ithout even having the product in my hands, I can already tell Airyhair just might be on my personal 'Top Hair Extension Brands' after reading reviews. I appreciate and respect 'No Bullsh**, No Problems' type of brands and well... Airyhair is just that!

I'm so glad I found airyhair

I stumbled upon airyhair in my quest to find quality micro loop hair extensions about 2 years ago and I have not purchased hair from anyone else since. The hair is soft and blends seemlessly with my hair. They don't fall out and can be worn for months. Great product, great customer service, why would I buy hair from anyone else??

Hi, Thanks for the information . This is not good costumer service.
If you refuse order, then you need to refound all of it. Normal is to ask the costumer if she/ he want to cansel the order because it may not arrive in time. And if the refound is only partial amount, then it is normal to inform before you cansel the order. To cansel the order without letting me know and just refound the part of the amount is actually stealing my money.

you ordered custom hair order, you should pay either your waiting time, or cancellation fee, which is cleraly marked, in advance.

I did not check the trustpilot for Airy before my order, but I see now that 25% here are not happy with customer service. It is not often that I turn to customer service as I normally receive the package quickly and am satisfied. I think 25% dissatisfaction is a high number as most people are not in contact with customer service. I see that their comments to those who are not satisfied are a little too defensive instead of accommodating. It is better to apologize instead of attacking. Customer service is important for a successful business.
Awaiting your standard feedback that the customer is a difficult liar.
And the refound was 6 USD less, not 3 USD as june said would be set for wasted material fee.
Update after your reply: On your website:
«You can withdraw or change your purchase within the 12 hours’ timeframe after the order was placed. If you want to cancel it afterwards, we charge a 30% fee for the materials wasted. «
I did NOT cansel the order. I just had a question for the shipping. Then the extremely rude customer service canceled the item.

We conclude that your story post is full of "Retaliatory" and "One-sidedness" which aims to mislead readers.

We understand the reviews can sometimes be "vindictive" and "overstated", sometimes hiding "real" details such as hair cost (while complaining about thickness), free versus express shipping (while complaining about delivery time) or various curse words (while complaining to the customer service).

But it is misleading and unfair.

The first bad review appeared in 2015 and if any details were true and described our way of crafting hair, we would long be out of the business.

Great extensions!

I’ve been using Airy hair extensions for over a year. The hair quality is excellent and blends in seamlessly with my natural hair. I order a weft and have it professionally installed as a “braid less sew in”. People are shocked when I tell them I have extensions because they look so good! This is real human hair so it can be straightened, curled, blow dried, etc. These extensions are extremely affordable, which allows me the luxury to always have hair extensions. I’ve also experimented with custom colors. It’s a great way to try out fun colors without bleaching/damaging your hair. Lastly, customer service is extremely responsive and ensures that you are a satisfied customer.

Wow!!!

Wow!!!! I ordered two separate orders of 32 inch 613 Remi double drawn tape in extensions. I then colored them with one box of medium golden blonde mixed with one box of medium blonde. It looks AWESOME!!! Shiny, healthy..just gorgeous!!! Took JUST over two weeks from order to front door. (Mine was special order so a little longer is expected ) I’m soooo happy !!! I LOVE this company!!!!

I would definitely shop with Airy Hair again - in fact I have! Great value for money, a really wide range of hair extensions, available in extra long lengths which can be difficult to find. I get compliments when I wear my clip in extensions and they are easy to look after.

Fake, wig hair, horrible customer service

The absolute worst customer service. June is her name. If you ask for a tracking number (because shipping is always delayed, even if you pay for the 48 hour shipping)she will call you stupid and tell you you don’t know how to work a website. Oh she also told me I was broke and she was so rich. Second problem, it’s fake hair. After the first wash it turns to frizzy coarse, wig type hair. If you try to tone the hair, it shrivels up and looks like a wig. I bought the tape in hair. The blonde color is yellow. Brown was a good color but the hair is fake people. That’s why it’s so cheap. Never again, don’t support a business like this. June has something wrong with her & should not be dealing with customers.

Please stop spreading misleading information and/or lies.

1. We’ve shipped your order within 24 hours and have sent the tracking number. Proof: FedEx status did show up in 24 hours, your first lie.

2. You screamed at us about not knowing how to track the package. We’ve asked you to copy/paste the tracking number at Fedex’s website to see the latest status.

3. For no reason, you got extremely rude, sent tons of bad words claiming that the tracking number is invalid, threatened us to get in contacnt with PayPal to "create issues" for us as well as leave a bad review in a terribly rude way.

4. We have then sent you a print screen showing the FedEx status and informed that we will not be working with rude clients.

5. Then you started confusing our staff with claims that you have money to buy the whole company, which is just confusing and inappropriate. I don't think you realize how our business model works, that's true.

Now, regarding "fake" hair, this is your 3rd time purchasing in 6 months, so we do wonder why you would keep buying what you claim is “fake” hair again and again and tell everyone else it’s fake. Yet you only realized it’s “bad hair” after we’ve banned you from the site.

Anyhow, the Internet is a place where people are free to leave any comments, true or false, spread lies as well as misinformation. Not to mention people like yourself who feel that they can get everything in life just with treats of bad reviews. We’ve had a similar client on the second or third page of TrustPilot reviews with a similar claim of “bad hair” yet what she failed to tell everyone is that the hair was used for around 1 year and only when we refused to accept a return and send another free set for no reason other than her treats, she claimed hair was bad. Yeah, right.

While not perfect, we are always looking ways to improve ourselves. So far, it’s been great as we’ve been in business now for around 15 years and more than 40% of returning customers.

In 2019 I started to notice my hair was getting pretty thin. I tried a couple wigs and clip in hair pieces. I think talked to my hairdresser about tape in hair extensions. I bought my first ones from Airy hair and have been ordering since then. I usually wear them for about 3-4 months and then have new set put in. I know you can reuse them but easier just to put a new set in. I have a natural wave so it's nice that Airy Hair provides all types from straight to kinky curly. I would not even look at another place to purchase. I order them and usually within a month I have them. I love my extensions and most people until I tell them it is extensions they have no idea.

Customer service is awesome

Customer service is awesome. June answer my questions in a timely manner. Fast shipping and my extensions where what l was looking for full and thick . I am now downgrading to a one-star

I am now downgrading to a one-star. I paid a lot of money to get custom Remy double drawn hair. I wish I could upload images here of The Rat's Nest it became. I took it out of my hair after 2 weeks and of my hairdresser did a test. Definitely not real hair definitely not what I paid for. False advertising. I contacted them on Thursday today is Saturday. I told them I sent them pictures of the garbage that they sold me. I should not have to send this back and pay for return shipping. I paid by PayPal and told them I wanted a refund immediately. Looks like I'm going to have to put in a complaint to get my money back. I would never order any hair from them at all.

Best hair

So far so good I bought a midline color and customized it to fit my sisters perfect color the instal went perfect an she finally was happy with her hair did the first time ever. She feels beautiful.
