Do not buy from this crooked company. They sent me totally different women’s tops that I ordered and then wouldn’t give me my money back. I paid 115.55 and they offered 21.00 in return. They kept saying they were sorry, but would do nothing to rectify the situation. Tops came from China.

If I could use a zero star I would. From what I can tell this is the same company that I bought from (Airystitch) I bought two items. One item doesn’t look anything like the photo that I saw. And I guess that is on me for buying from them in the first place. But my second item that I bought, has never arrived, and they will not refund my money for it. They keep telling me to just keep the item and give it to a family member or a friend. How can I do that when I don’t have it? We have gone round and round with trying to get my money back and it is just fruitless. Absolutely never ever buy from this company!!

Products were ordered on 11/3/21, as of 11/21/21 my items are still being prepared! Nothing from the order has been shipped and after chatting with an employee there, she told me that my order should be shipped by 11/27 but that she couldn't make any promises! Most of the items were Christmas shirts and a couple of Christmas gifts but with the rate mail gets delivered, none of it will probably even get here by Christmas

Airy clothing has become my favorite new online store. Their clothes are uniquely beautiful while being so comfortable to wear. Every purchase the size guide has been accurate. Shipping is fast. Any questions I’ve had with Customer Support wether by email or chat is answered promptly and cheerfully and always resolved. I just feel so pretty when I have their clothes on.

The clothing is cheap and is reflected in the quality. The items are nothing like the picture. I complained & because I’m still shielding due to the Pandemic, agreed to accept half the cost as a repayment. I have learned my lesson - if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

Just received order. Blouse nothing like advertised picture. Agree with previous review cheap and nasty. Will never order from this site again. Will take it as a lesson learned. That bad had to laugh. It’s so awfully funny that they can falsely advertise goods in this day and age. Save your money and avoid this site. Will donate item to local charity shop.

I placed an order on Sunday. Within 10 minutes I contacted them to cancel my order. They replied to say my order had already been dispatched and could not be cancelled unless I used Klarna. I think this is very bad and not adhering to distance selling laws. They could not have sorted and despatched my order within the time frame. I wish I had looked in this site before I had ordered from them. I checked their returns policy and it is not good reading. I think they are a scam, and very, very poor customer service. I will update when goods arrive.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Sizing and quality not reliable. Material nasty and cheap. They will not answer their emails for a return of goods. They are as good as their release of covid 19

Absolutely terrible! I bought a pair of shoes, far too big so want to send them back and get a refund! I emailed them numerous times and only heard from them once and now can't seem to get back in touch! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Nothing is as advertised!
