I've purchased several different air wick fragrances over the last year & a half trying to find one I liked. So far, I've struck out. They all stink & are unpleasant. Some make me sneeze.The older fragrances they used to make smelled much, much better. I guess I will try Febreeze next to see if I like any of theirs.

Bought an Airwick Essentials Mist air freshener as I was impressed by the TV advert, which gives the impression that it gives a long emission of fragrance. Inserted batteries (provided) and refill, and switched on. Gave 5 second boost and switched off, never to start again. Went online and discovered via video that it switches off and switches back on after 10 minutes. However it did not start again. Went online and discovered a troubleshooting site for this product, (not an Airwick site), which said remove batteries and refill, leave for 10 minutes to reset and re install. Did this and it worked. Apparently the air mist will switch off after 8 hrs. and restart again after 16hrs. Foolishly I switched it off, and guess what , it doesn't work, so go through resetting programme. I would like to add that nothing of this nature is apparent on the Airwick packaging. Completed contact form online and told to phone customer care in the U.S. Also base keeps falling off when picked up

We use the Air Freshener plugins.
We had one in our Guest room . It was really strong and the guest removed it and sat it on a nightstand.
The next morning the guest was alarmed to see it had ruined the finish on the night stand. Completely to the wood!
If it’ll peel paint, what does it do to the air we breathe?
Called Airwick and was told call the Furniture Manufacturer! What the hell? Then said call my home owners Insurance! He was a foreigner.
No attempt to resolve the problem.
I’m reporting this product as hazardous!

the most ridiculously tightened product i’ve ever experienced in my life. There’s child safety which i understand but this goes far far beyond that. Terrible design will not be buying again

Stopped working after half bottle of supplied liquid. Emailed airwick to complain 3 times with no response.
Dreadful product and worse customer service.

This is probably worst air freshener it leaves residue all over furniture, Wrote email to airwick but didn't reply

Bad quality. I bought 3 devices and after a few months 1 stopped working. I contacted airwick to inform them. After i provided proof they said they will send me a new device. One month passed and nothing. I contacted again. Same lie. Another month passed and again same lie saying they will send a new device. After 2months and 2 weeks i asked for a refund after they faild to keep their word to send a new device to replace the faulty one. They REFUSED and stopped replying to my emails.
Avoid!!! Buy from any other company. Glade have better devices!

Could not open the bottle, my hands are killing. Even tried my teeth, eventually got someone else to do this, I am no wimp and work out all the time. This cap is not only child proof its adult proof. Smells amazing if you can get a weight lifter to open.

Bought white linen and orchid plug in from a nearby Sainsbury's store it cost £6. I usually buy Lidls own, their fragrances are pleasant and far cheaper but the nearby store didn't have any. I expected the Airwick fragrances to be natural smelling and pleasant. It smells like an old man's cheap aftershave. Revolting, ive turned it off as its making me feel sick.

Brought 4 from home bargains 3 stopped working

I bought the air wick candle,Mulled wine.Before I lit it,I smelled it in the shop.Smelt so lovely but ive had it burning for hours and cant smell anything in the room.Wont be buying this make again.A waste of money if you think its actually going to give out the fragrance of mulled wine.

Air wick have the audacity to charge a fortune for their products. They never consider the poor, not do they care that their products can be and are, actually harmful. You're better off and safer buying a candle, sleeping and letting it burn; than you are buying anything from air wick!

Very bad resolution in a faulty product. Would not recommend buying the airwick mist as doesn’t work properly.

I was tidying my garage today since moving in 18 months ago. I found in a carrier bag 9 Airwick freshmatics all looked brand-new. So brought them in to test them as I couldn't understand why I wasn't using them. After testing them I remembered I was going to send them all to airwick because out of 10, only I of the original 10 had worked. You can hear the mechanism inside start to work then just dies. And no its nothing to do with the batteries all brand new and works perfectly in the one that works. Absolute garbage.

I must say it’s a very bad design . I changed it once thinking that one I bought is faulty. And with the device I exchanged is the sane and not working. I tried putting new batteries on but the same result. I will go to the shop and get my money back and never again this cheap design which I paid over £6.

I have been using airwick for long long time.
Last January I purchased 3 Packages of 9 wick with plug ins of airwick

On package it was highlighted wicks will work for 80 days, which I never noticed

It’s so sad 27 wicks didn’t survive even for 3 months.

I made a complain directly to the company and had no decency to reply at all.

I brought this diffuser 7wks ago & all was well until the refill ran out, I put a new refill in & waited.....Didn't work, I changed the batteries....Didn't work, for the price it cost for both the diffuser & refill for it to stop working is absolutely disgusting, these need recalling & FULL priced refunds given cause these are a complete & utter waste of Money 😡

It may be harsh, but I'm giving this one star based on my experience with the mist diffuser thing. An absolute disaster of a design. It's only a small magnet that keeps the bottle in place inside, and after a while it weakens and stops holding the bottle at all. Getting the bottom screwed on again properly is nigh on impossible (not sure if this was just me) and since I got fed up fighting with it, it's been sitting in the bathroom gathering dust.

If only i had a negative rating to give to this little piece of 💩. I swear to god the engineering of this product, the air “diffuser” and all that is absolutely 🗑️ and you’ll be regretting every moment of its purchase. Spare yourself from Air Wick products.

Regrettably brought the air wick pumpkin spice reed defuser.
It is the worse smelling air freshener know to man kind.
