Never again! They send the wrong item and don’t refund you
Never again!
This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. First the wrong order was shipped, then the bottle didn’t work, then the customer service has been rude, unreasonable and inflexible by not shipping to my home address the correct item (to correct their mistake) or not issuing a refund instead. It’s not on me, as the client, to cover for their mistake. I’ve tried to have an open and calm stream of communication and be ok with the fact that it’s been numerous weeks of not getting what I paid for.
To this day, I haven’t been paid back, neither do I have what I ordered. I know a word for that…
The wrong item they sent was the toiletries bag, which was extremely low quality and didn’t look like the pictures - didn’t even have the logo.
The same goes for the bottle, terrible quality - the screen stopped working right away.
This terrible experience definitely made me not come back as a customer. They preferred to not have a tiny monetary loss (to cover for their mistake), rather than retain a customer that would spend hundreds later. Your competitors thank you for this :)
