Absolute scam.

Their website has a fake sale counter that never falls below 5 and resets to 75 in stock. The SALE ENDS counter resets every 24hrs.

Tried to cancel the order within hours. Sent 5 unanswered emails requesting cancellation of the order once I realised it was a scam. No replies.

After 4 days they sent an email apologising and said they had already shipped. This was proven to be a lie once I received their tracking number, because they had only generated a tracking number AFTER they claimed to have sent it.

Keep all your correspondence as evidence and raise a dispute with your bank.

VISA awarded me a full refund.

I suggest every other customer does the same.

Took ages to arrive, no packing slip, cant return, emails to them immediately blocked. They even set-up fake review sites rating their products best. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I'd leave no stars if I could.

Like others, I bought this as it was top on a reviews site then realised my mistake after looking at Trustpilot. I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order but it had already been dispatched so there was nothing I can do.

I have emailed the company asking where I should return the item to as I do not want it but their email bounces back so I can only presume that I have now been blocked and I do not know what to do. I am aware I will have to pay for the shipping charges but I just need to know where to send it!

Hopefully AirTecho can advise on here seeing as they seem to have blocked my emails now? They will have until the day the product arrives until I have to escalate it with my bank.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. I ordered this and after less than 1 hour asked for order to be cancelled. Company advised Arden had already been shipped which was impossible, Status is still showing We've confirmed your order preparing for shipment. Please come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.
I have asked several times for cancellation and refund. I have now opened a Barclaycard dispute.

I would not buy from this company as like the review I read before they are advertising their company as UK based when the products are chinese. My hairdryer did not arrive in time and then I went out of the country so couldn't accept delivery. I have since emailed them on numerous occasions asking for my money back which they have replied with we are keeping 15% of your money which I am not at all happy with. I have since emailed them again today to find out that they have now reshipped the dryer to me when I don't want it. I contacted my credit card company to see if they can help but so far no. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from them as you are just wasting your money.

Same as everyone here I thought it’s a UK based but apparently it’s a hair dryer from China. I think selling something that is worth 30£ on AliExpress and even cheaper on taobao is a scam. So the moment I found out what this all about I wanted to return it immediately. (Blaming myself at the same time for not being able to recognize not trustworthy website)

I did receive the product and support answered instantly when I was emailing them. I also did get a refund too (170£ because I they made me pay tax and I also declared it as something worth 30£, not the full amount as they recommended) but reading all the comments here, I think I got lucky or maybe it’s because I purchased it with Klarna and opened a dispute, not sure.

Communication was very dodgy, never seen any support making such requests and reply in such a manner as they do. (It’s similar to when you message a seller on AliExpress) so I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchasing from them. I ended up spending 30£ to return and 9£ on tax.

Wish I could give zero. Product is awful and not worth the money and customer service is appalling. The item stopped working 3 days after I received it. They wont give a refund they say that it is not company policy. They claim they sent a replacement although they sent me proof of the first delivery 3 times. Now they have sent me proof of the item being delivered to Scotland. I live in NI and telling me to go to the PO and chase it. DO NOT BUY I have been fighting with them for 3 months now to get this resolved.

One star as could not give zero, company based in China not UK, customer support service email does not respond even though I emailed to cancel 6 days after ordering, no response. No dispatch date received and no response from this company other than original email stating order received. Product turned up after 30 days out of the blue as no delivery details ever received. No return address on packaging and no invoice? Cheap Chinese copy of a Dyson, controls are in Chinese and English on the handle in tiny writing. The controls do not seem to work when trying to increase and decrease flow or air.
Product not worth the money not going to return as cost too much DO NOT PURCHASE, waste of money.

They are absolute scammers. Stay away.
No tracking for the supposedly shipped item, beating around the bush by replying none sense to emails.
They should be legally penalised.

airtecho.nl, airtecho.co.uk, are the same scammers who ran bogasen.uk and Luxo-UK & Luxo.nl

Please avoid these websites. Their product may seem legit but in fact they are good fakes. I have managed to trace the original IP off all websites they use and they all originate from the same IP in Hong Kong, China. I have passed this info onto Google and the NCSC.

These scammers use the same style of website for each scam, which usually includes a countdown timer on the site to when there supposedly good deal ends. This timer just runs in a loop and resets each time you visit the site. They have also manipulated the search results on Google, Bing and others to make sure their website is the first that comes up.

Please be advised and stay away. If you can, contact the NCSC on the gov.uk website and report it to them with as much info as you can.

BEWARE this is not a UK company even though they pretend to be.

They are based in China. If you are UK based this means:
- You have no consumer rights
- Delivery takes weeks as it is shipped from China
- If you are not happy with the product you need to ship it back yourself at your own cost. £36 quote for me and Airtecho will not refund the courier costs. They do not even commit to provide a full refund for the product.

Then the product. It's ok but not high end or worth the price tag. Specific reasons I wanted to (unsuccessfully) return it were:
- It is huge! With a very long handle making it very awkward to dry your own hair with.
- The cord is very short, meaning you need a socket very close to where you use it else it cannot reach.
- It does not have large flower adapters, nothing that's can produce a more focused stream of air when next needed.

I usually check trustpilot before I use I new vendor and did not this time. I should have.

Terrible product and not worth the money at all. The customer service is even worse. It took weeks to arrive. The company wouldnt chase for me just kept telling me to contact the postage company. Item stopped working a week later. Had to send 4 different videos. By this stage I just wanted a refund. Which they are refusing to give. They claim to have sent a second item(despite me saying I didn't want it) and are using the original tracking number saying its been received. Do not buy!!!!

This company is Chinese, and also scam, they won’t allow for cancellation of item even if only just a few minutes after purchase, they tell you it has already been shipped..which is clearly a lie for them to hold onto your money. the item can be found on aliexpress for £36 yet they are charging £179 on this website, they will expect you to send the item back to china and pay to cover all return charges meaning you will lose money regardless, this is where the scam is!
I recommend contacting your bank and asking for a dispute, this company should be black listed due to false advertisement and fake products.

I ordered the hairdryer on 09 September 23 and 10 days later it still hasn't arrived. Customer service haven't responded to two emails requesting I cancel the order which was a birthday present. Next step is Trading Standards UK. This operation needs closing down! Be warned please don't buy at the moment they owe me £179. Maybe Martin Lewis should be informed by all unhappy customers?

Trying to cancel as to be honest your advertisement is false & stats U.K. it’s not you have took the payment from Hong Kong! No good to me as I need a quick deliver.

The hairdryer is louder than a jet engine and the customer service is a bot. You can buy that POS-product on aliexpress as well since it is a chinese product anyway.

Broke within 3 months, contacted support who said they forwarden my video to technical support, then prpceeded to ignore me. I have been scanmed.

I like others wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing.
When you buy it's sent to you from a UK address, try to send it back and you have to send to China, and of course suddenly you are given a whole lot of costs and possible deductions. Total rip off.

Never received the item since june 2023 (we are septembre 2023 :o).
2 months trying to solve this with customer support without any success... its like talking to a robot, making the same answers, to not refund you.
They have asked me to get a proof of no reception of the product, which I did from Laposte.
It appears that a 200 euros worth parcel was ordered by airtecho to be delivered in the mailbox... where it was apparently stolen :/ - it is their responsability, but they dont care.
Since then, airetecho says they are waiting for the logistic compagny to investigate.
But I am 200 euros poorer and I had to buy another hairdryer, this time on a real ecommerce website.
Avoid this if you care about your money, time and nerves !

I bought the Airtecho hairdryer based on reviews by ‘One Clear Winner’ & ‘Wuality Reviewer’. I was shocked to receive such a poor quality item & definitely not designed for a professional hairdresser.
The lead was ridiculously short (you’d need to sit with your head close to a plug unless using an extension lead. The buttons location in the wrong place making it all too easy to adjust setting or switch off dryer when using.
I returned the item to Airtecho. A rude & belligerent company that refused to accept the return from customs in China.
I am now out of pocket by £179 + £48 paid to DHL.
I’m a professional hairdresser & this hairdryer is not fit for purpose.
