They sold a Umarex Glock as GBB, even tho it was HalfGBB. Its basically an Airsoft version that was butchered from a BB gun version....

They sold it as it was GBB and price was accordingly. They don't even know what they sell, so I lost 20 euros more by sending it back just for them to send it back to me... I have found it weird that I couldn't disassemble by the standard Glock way. I wrote them an email, they asked me to send it back just to say, ohh sorry it can't be disassembled.

So its not just they sell a subpair item, they don't even know what they sell.

Communication was very poor, they sold me a bad gun.

I have bought 2 magazines, which 1 of them got faulty in like 200 bbs in. Needless to say, I don't want to send them back since I cant trust them.

The worst thing was their lack of communication.

Terrible company.

Well organised web shop, huge parts inventory and offers. Shipping was as described and well packaged. Definitely recommend. 👍

Ordered a Tan E&C 603 off of their website, they packed it up the same day as it was before lunch break that I made and paid for the order. It was shipped out the same day from their HQ and made it's way around Europe for 3 days going through GLS's package centers. I got a notification on the 16th (4 days from purchase) that it would arrive at my house to pick it up. I got it with everything intact, the quality is I would think excellent, they additionally added an extra spring for the rifle which is very appreciated. Thank you for the great purchase.

I bought an M4 and a bunch of other stuff a while back, the delivery time was quite long but that was around covid and the items are pretty good quality. The iron sights broke on the M4 but that's my fault for leaving it on the top of my bunkbed so much. Overall if you want cheap good quality stuff this is the place to go.

"My experience to say it lightly with this company has been disappointing. After receiving a defective E&L AK, I contacted their customer service to have it fixed. Unfortunately, it took them quite some time to respond to my request. Eventually, we agreed that I would send it to them, and they would send me a replacement. However, when I received the new gun, I was disappointed to find that it was in even worse condition than the original one. Despite asking for an explanation, the company stopped responding to my inquiries. Based on my experience, I would recommend shopping elsewhere, such as Gunfire or Taiwan Gun, even if it means paying a bit extra."
