Poor support for OS updates

Have used without issue for some years, good little piece of software.

MacOS 26 seems to have broken it. This happens. The fact they're still selling it and aren't in a hurry to fix it is pretty bad though :(

About 12/5/2022 I contacted AirServ…

About 12/5/2022 I contacted AirServ (593)451-6355 for help w our issue was furnace was leaving main floor cool and 2nd floor too warm. Tech came listened and said 2 possible solutions. One over $2,00 or 2nd $1,150. I thought about it over night and called and approved $1,150. The tech was very clear this might not work. Within a few days I called it was not solving our issue. Tech came checked everything said it is working great. Within week late December po called and said I wanted thermostat removed that was about 12/27. After more more calls I was assured they would send technician, remove Ecobee with manual on/.off heat & air thermostat. Finally 1/19 technician came basically said nothing was wrong with system etc. I said just install manual.. more words and basically was told you bought it is your problem. After technician left left I went to Ecobee.com could not find any customer service contact but checked and the thermostat was offered $249.99 + sensor . I paid about $950 for 3 tech calls!!! Buyer beware in big red letters

Purchased wrong version

Tested software out using 30 days trial for using Screen Mirroring on a windows 10 machine from various iPads and Mac in Office. Works well enough for our use case.

When going to use it 2 months after install I needed to purchase. £14.99 is maybe a little steep for just screen mirroring but they provide a lifetime licence with no subscription costs.

Accidentally purchased on a my Mac and ended up with AirSever for Mac not Windows 10. Had to purchase right version as I needed it for a meeting. Asked for a refund on the AirSever for Mac and got it within 40 minutes. Great customer service and thanks personally to Alessandro.

This program is useless

This program is useless. Every time i need to record the screen to send feedback to my dev team it drops out. literally every time.

When on client calls and sharing my screen, in the first 15 minutes it cut out 19 times. This is highly embarrassing. I bought the paid version, multuple times because i thought it might be a system error on one of my machines. nope. it is just a faulty piece of software that does not provide the service i need. Looking for an alternative.

The price would be great if i could actually get work done.

Patchy and security threat

Patchy and security threat! it happened a few times that I could see someone else's screen on mine. It just happened randomly - a window opened and there it was, I could see someone else working. The first time I saw the person's email address and emailed them - they didn't even have air server open! So how did that happen because I could see everything they are doing. Contacted Airserver but only got arrogant messages back saying it was my fault and that our security has been breach apparently instead of trying to figure out whether the mistake could've been on their side. I had the same issue in two offices now on two networks - and only ever with air server. They really need to get this sorted!

For broadcasting my iPad

For broadcasting my iPad, Mac, Samsung S8 mobile phone, my PC, and more onto this program on my PC and Xbox. It's good value, and right now, I've got my Mac streaming onto my PC, and the wireless mouse and keyboard plugged into my Mac, so I've got an old MacBook-Air now working like an iMac! I put photos from my Samsung onto my Xbox and then onto my TV with AirServer!
