No customer support for products not received
2 weeks ago I received a tracking number for my lenses that have apparently been sent. There was no mention of the shipping company and despite searching via GOOGLE I can't identify who is supposed to be delivering the lenses.
1 week ago I sent a message to the AirScreen customer service department stating that it would be useful to know who the shipping company is. No response received so far.
I will send one more email and if I don't get a satisfactory response I will seek a refund.

The lens does work as you would expect. It allows a lot of airflow into the goggles which really does work well to cool you down.
