Avoid this company
Ethics, customer respect, and professionalism are not part of this company’s values.
I have been travelling for over 20 years, and I must say I have never had such a disappointing experience.
The service provided did not correspond to what was originally booked and paid for. The company even acknowledged that the initially expected service had not been delivered. An alternative solution was then proposed, but this was also not properly respected nor fully implemented.
Furthermore, the “meet and greet” service was not provided as advertised. The elements highlighted at the time of booking (such as a meet-and-greet with a sign, on-site assistance, Wi-Fi connection, etc.) did NOT EXIST in reality.
In addition, extra parking fees were requested on site by the driver, which had not been clearly communicated at the time of booking and is not acceptable in the context of a prepaid service.
The customer service blocks you when you file a complaint, something I have never experienced with any other company. Communication has therefore been very disappointing, as I was unable to continue the discussion after being blocked, despite having remained calm and polite throughout the process.
Legal proceedings are currently underway in Belgium as well as in Saudi Arabia, initiated by my lawyer. I will not allow this company to continue causing harm to other customers. If applicable, I remain open to any discussion regarding a collective complaint, in coordination with my lawyer.
Overall, the experience is far below expected customer service standards, and I do not recommend this company.
