Excess weight charges
2nd time I ve been charged for excess weight when my luggage was well below the maximum authorized and that I weighed it in front of their employee. The less I can say is that it seems very sneaky. Everyone shld get a receipt with the weigh of his luggage mentionned on it. Geneva airport inforned about this practice.In any case that was my last experience with them.

When luggage is handed over to the airline at the airport check-in desk, it is weighed on their official, certified, calibrated airport scales. If an airline determines a bag exceeds the allowance purchased with your flight ticket, they issue a mandatory excess baggage fee.
To ensure your luggage is not rejected and can successfully board your flight, our policy is to pay this fee to the airline on your behalf at the airport, and later recoup the exact amount from you. Airportr does not add handling fees or make any profit from airline excess charges.
As shared with you directly, we have provided you with the official receipt issued by Swiss International Air Lines for this charge. Because this fee is issued and controlled entirely by the airline based on their own measurements, any dispute regarding the weight must be raised directly with them.
We genuinely understand how stressful unexpected travel fees can be, especially when you have carefully prepared your luggage beforehand. While we must follow airline regulations at the airport, we truly value your previous bookings with us and regret that your recent experience has left you feeling this way.

Excellent service – stress-free travel with the family!
We used Airportr for our recent trip and everything worked out perfectly from start to finish. The staff member who came to pick up our luggage was punctual, professional, and immediately gave us a trustworthy and reliable impression. He arrived exactly within the agreed pickup window, so there was no waiting around or uncertainty.
The handover of our bags went smoothly, and everything was checked in correctly with the airline without any issues on our end. As a family travelling with two young children, not having to drag suitcases and car seats through the airport made an enormous difference, and it also meant we could travel light on the S-Bahn to get there, without hauling all our luggage along on public transport. It took so much stress out of the whole journey.
Given the convenience and peace of mind it provided, we felt the service was absolutely worth the price and offers great value for money. We would definitely use Airportr again for future.

Awesome service
I don't know how I survived travelling before this service. My friend introduced me to the Airportr service and it's been a lifesaver. It's definitely worth every penny because it saves you lugging heavy suitcases to the airport and most importantly the suitcases seem to arrive swiftly on the carousel upon arrival at your destination. I must mention that the porters who collect the suitcases are also very polite and helpful. I recommend this service for ease of travelling without any hassle, You can thank me later!

A friend recommended them i was a bit worried that the luggage would arrive,seemed strange going to the airport with no cases,had to go through checkin as passport checks required for our destination but that took literally 90 seconds and no queue ad we were premier economy,arrived in Bangkok our luggage came out just after the buisness class luggage.If you can use this service do so believe me you will be more than happy...10 stars

Easy to book even day before flying
Easy to book even day before flying. Clear instructions about needing prior Check in and Boarding pass. Good contact with driver (tracking) so the pick-up was easy. I only had to retrieve my suitcase at the destination. Saved me a lot of pain and stress.

Poor customer service
I booked a flexible pickup time. The company was misleading in their cancellation policies, and are refusing to issue a full refund, even though the airline won’t issue me a boarding pass.
What’s even worse is their customer service. It’s either an email address or AI bot, which is extremely unhelpful. No phone service at all
