AIRPORTELs Luggage Delivery and Storage Reviews 

In January 2026 I was patiently helped by the lady at the desk at the EmSphere Mall. After filling in the details, she contacted my next hotel and I could leave my suitcase behind. A couple days later when I arrived at my hotel, the suitcase was already there. Just so smooth and saved me a lot of sweat and hassle. Whenever you need to stall your luggage for a few days and/or want it delivered somewhere else, I really can recommend using the services of this company! A very content, happy customer. From the initial inquiry on Facebook Messenger up until the actual delivery service request from the counters at the different branches (Terminal 21, Chaing Mai Airport & Suvarnabhumi Airport) all service gave excellent service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all questions with detailed information. Branch staff are all very friendly yet professional.

Our experience was brilliant. Very easy and cheap if you do longer. We left our suitcases for a week which was much cheaper and it was very safe to leave it there. Staffs were very nice and polite.

Great service at the airport and mbk. Easy to find at the airport conveniant. They store and deliver. Prices are good as well. Recomended.

I found it very convenient service...no hassle whatsoever..staff were also courteous and committed..no useless talking..only if they could improve on their location that would benefit a lot of passengers like me. I used them to store two suitcases at Airpotel Suvarnabhumi Airport enroute to Phuket where I didn't need to carry those luggage.Airpotel counter kept my suitcases very safely for four days and handed them over in the same condition as I had dropped them..great service. I dropped my luggage at DMK airport and collected it at Suvarnabhumi airport. I happily traveled without luggage during my transit in Bangkok. they send foto of our luggage with track details . but even for small luggage they calculate only number of luggages and not giving weight based tariff

Confusing. They want to know time of luggage pick up when you drop it off to make sure its ready when you come to pick it up. It's just a small kiosk and the stuff is not stored there.

What if i'm late or my travel plans change, will my luggage be ready, do i need to reschedule a different time with them? Will i miss my flight waiting for them to deliver my luggage from the storage facility?

I'm better off with self service lock box where i can pick it up at any time, and these are available directly opposite.

A great service! Trustworthy, easy, and convenient with multiple locations. Having our luggage transported to the airport so that we needn't worry about it during the day gave us a completely stress-free day before our evening flight.

Best for transit travel. Keep your luggage and go for a day trip. Or send to another airport while you can travel hassle free.
I sent my bag from Suvarnabhumi airport to DMK
They also send delivery receipts so it feels safe

I feel safe when using Airportels. I ordered it for twice. One is from hotel to hotel, another delivery is from hotel to airport counter. Luggage’s pick up time, drop off time and photos are updated quickly through email. I will use it for next time’s trip. Excellent!

Great service. As we had to take the flight at 8pm, we wanted to go for more shopping in Bangkok MBK. This service is great - no lugguage to take care, easy taking the sky and airport rail. Perfect. The only thing I'd like to say is, that there must to be a better signage at the Airport, where the AIRPORTELS is located. But it was ok.

All countries should have this service.

We are travelling for 4 months and used the great service of AIRPORTEL since we didn't want to carry around our warm clothes, snorkelling equipment etc. Changing our plans and extending our bags to be stored another week altogether for 35 days was no problem. Just send them an email which was answered promptly. Yesterday our big was bag waiting for us to continue our travel. 20kg for flights within Asia and 30kg returning home to Germany by Oman air. So this 10kg gap is also solved by leaving the bag at the airport. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff for this great service. Should be offered worldwide.

I arrived 2 minutes late to pick up my suitcases and I had to pay an extra days storage!!! I won't be using this company again. I am a frequent visitor to Bangkok and the other baggage storage company at the airport will be getting all my business in the future.
I wasn't even late by my timings as I had dropped the bags off at 11:08am for 48hrs storage.
2 days later I turn up at 11:02am only to be told I am late and will be charged an extra day because the receipt says 11am.
Shocking lack of goodwill from this company.
