I can't put more than a 2..
I can't put more than a 2... the taxi never shown up.
At 5 am, when you need to catch a flight, this is the last thing you need. Hopefully, I'm located not far from the airport, so I went for a Uber, which came on time from a 3rd of the price.
So why not a one then ? Because at least, they contacted me to apologise and they cancelled the fees with no argument. Now if I had missed my flight and raised a claim for it, it would have perhaps not be so happy ended... no one would ever know.

The taxi arrived 15 minutes late
The taxi arrived more than 15 minutes late and after 2 or 3 calls to the central. The taxi driver did not provide any excuse and did not try to find any alternative way to arrive to the airport. We spend 40 minutes in a traffic jam.

The service was good!
The service was good! Ali picked up my monter from the airport for which we had good communication via WhatsApp. He kept me informed about the taxi drive and the arrival time, which was really nice.
