Made a custom design led case and it’s been 3 months still no update on my case, I write customer support and the just hit the reply button with nothing on there screen. I don’t recommend this place as it appears to be a scam.

I recently purchased two LED phone cases from Airoteck, and I must say, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The first case I bought stopped working after just one day of use. I expected a product that would last longer, especially for the price I paid. Unfortunately, it was clear that the quality was subpar.

Thinking it was a fluke, I decided to give Airoteck another chance with a custom design LED case. However, this purchase was even worse. Instead of receiving my custom design, the case arrived with a message that read, "Please add custom design here." This glaring oversight demonstrated a lack of professionalism and attention to detail that I found unacceptable.

When I reached out to their customer service for assistance, I was met with indifference. They refused to provide a refund or even acknowledge the issues I faced. Frustrated, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

In summary, my experience with Airoteck has been marked by poor product quality and abysmal customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience, and I advise potential customers to think twice before making a purchase.

I ordered a Solo Leveling style phone case from airoteck.com, and as expected, the shipping time was quite long (a little over a month) since the product comes from abroad. However, the quality of the case is good: the materials feel durable, the print is well-made, and it fits the phone perfectly.

Overall, a satisfying purchase for those who don’t mind waiting.

Never got my order, refuse to give me a refund. I’ve never been so freaking angry.

BIG SCAM!! 💥I ordered 4 Luxury Light LED cases but only received 1 case and it turned out to be a regular, non-LED case. Plastic black case with a stick of the anime on it.

List of things that went wrong:

1. Took 3.5 weeks for the order to be delivered
2. The delivery was delivered to the wrong address
3. There is no FedEx or USPS tracking number to trace their delivery. The tracking # given is China’s 4PX tracking #. I went to all local USPS AND FedEx and they were not able to even look up my address or the order without a proper tracking #.
4. I ordered 4 LED cases but only received 1.
5. The case I got was plastic with a sticker and not LED.

There is also no option for me to write a customer review so assuming they’re all fake reviews since their actual customers can’t write one.

Order just a normal case and never got it deliver. Total scam! Don’t buy from this shop.

I am loving these products! Great quality, fast delivery, the items are exactly like the pictures and videos on the website! I will buy again for sure!!

Don’t fall for it. The LED cases don’t work as shown in the preview. I wasted $30, it was too good to be true. Additionally, the customer support is terrible!
