This is very bad service ever, i want to share my recent experience with airngo. I have flight from Germany to Qatar and the flight is cancelled by airline due to war situation. So they refund the money to airngo. And now airngo is not refunding complete money. They are not accepting the EU law. Which is clearly mentioned you can’t charge processing fee in case of flight cancellation but they are still charging. Now i will go to court and open case on this company they are not only charging me alot of people they charged. So anyone booking with airngo please take care. This is not good provider.

The price was lowest available on kayak. Got that tickets after 1 hour.

Very good price in comparison to momondo/booking.com etc! I got my flight ticket right away after payment.

Airngo took 1,000 euros of my money from my bank account and then cancelled my reservation for "non-payment." They sent me a generic message that if they happend to have taken my money without providing a ticket (which they did) they will take 7-10 days to refund me. So, no ticket and 1,000 euros poorer. I assume that they are speculating with the funds meanwhile.

I tried to book a ticket via Airngo.de on 26th of December 2025. I put in all my credit card information and confirmed. Then it said „Payment not Successful“ and to try another card. I used another card and again it said the same. Then I got notifications from my bank saying I paid the amount successfully. So they deducted the amount twice from both Cards and when reaching out to the „customer support“ which is a joke they told me there is no money to refund because they didn’t receive payment. After calling my bank though, they confirmed the payment. It’s a very very dangerous game booking through this website. I’m waiting now that the money is being refunded. I’m never gonna book there again.

Booked a flight going somewhere and coming back. The first flight got refunded without any notice so we had to check for a last minute flight because our return flight was still valid. Never trust them to send you all the necessary information.

Worst travel agency, I wanted to book with them - it display a tecnical error and customer service texts me the same message over and over again - charging 60 EUR „handling fee“. Unbelievable!

I booked a ticket from airngo from Madrid to Cuba. They booked the ticket from Hahn Air which I never heard of. Even though I contacted them asking which airline company is actually going to operate my flight on 09.01, they don't respond me other than directing me to Hahn Air. I have a ticket where I have booking number, the date and hour but not the name of actual flying company lolll! I hope this is not a scam. I already paid my accommodation, domestic travel expenses and all in Cuba and later in Mexico. I am a journalist and will not let this go easily Airngo!!!!

After reading a lot of negative reviews of this company i was worried about it. However i had already booked my flights with them. The tickets were cheaper than many other websites (a lot cheaper). I received my tickets 24 after payment. All good. I completely recommend this website if you find a cheaper fare.

After making the booking with ease it hung for a while and I got an annoying HTTP 504 error and no sensible confirmation screen... it appeared to book my flight anyway.... but worryingly the airline confirmed the booking showing somebody else's payment data!

Payment was actually correctly taken and Airngo.de got back to me a few hours later to confirm the booking was fully processed which I appreciated. Hopefully just a one time glitch as otherwise everything was fine.

I encountered Airngo because of the German price comparison company Swoodoo, which is why I thought this site would be credible.
Unfortunately, I booked two tickets without checking the reviews first. I never received a booking confirmation, no booking code, nothing!!! You can only pay with credit card or instant transfer (of course because PayPal has consumer protection). After not receiving anything for 48 hours except shady text messages with grammar mistakes, and fake customer service messages noting that my tickets were sent and that I should just check „spam“ - of course nothing ever arrived - I immediately contacted my bank to retrieve the money.
DO NOT book on this site!! It should be banned as it is a total scam!!!

This is the worst travel agent portal to use. They refused to make a rebooking and keeps giving a standard answers that they need 2-3 days to do anything. Even when the request was done in that time period they only referred back to the airlines. Airlines could not do anything as well and refers back to travel agent. It’s a total scam here. Never ever again.

I booked a ticket but because of high demand booking could not be confirmed, ok that happens.
However this company also took the amount of money and said refund will follow in a few days. They did NOT even bothered send us email about anything.
Why did they take the money if they have not provided anything. Now I am stuck with out ticket and money and very frustrated.

If anything goes wrong, they close down their customer service phone. Needed to change my tickets, but was unable to. They just couldn't be reached.

The business is worst case a rip off and best case extraordinarily poor managed. My flight was canceled by the airline (not a COVID reason), so legally I am supposed to receive the refund from airngo. But for weeks now I am being ignored or told that they transferred already, what they obviously did not. Stay away, I will too.
