So far, so good!

I am very dissatisfied for 2 reasons: 1) Telephone calls always go to voice mail, no one picks up. Over time, I've called at least 4 times, left a message once with no call back, and have never been successful in speaking to "a person" regarding a question I had; 2) Through an email message request, I was told the new air purifier is "just like" the older one. It is not. I liked and use the wall socket plug in feature of the older version. Don't use or need the USB. Even on the box, it lists that it has a wall socket plug (it does not) and USB (it does). That is false advertising. The unit itself does not have the plug feature and again, I have no use for the USB feature. Customer service either doesn't know the product well enough to say it doesn't have the plug even though the box says otherwise or they lied to me. You need to fix this! Because of this, I will not be back. I gave the product to a friend of mine. It's a real shame, it's a good product.

Part of the process is finding the right fit, also ResMed sending supplies faster than usual for me I give them five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars, but it's the customer service irrelevant, and unnecessary comments not saying any names. The episodes could have been avoided if the ResMed App was updated with all the masks, more library input. It would eliminates most questions.. I told the supervisor to implement more info., although I never had a problem with the supervisor yet.. It's the truth.

WE paid 14.00 to have our items shipped to us and now we have to return them, so I called and they won't pay for return shipping!! So this experiment with a new company is going to cost us about 30 bucks total for NOTHING!!! Terrible company to deal with. Plus super expensive compared to amazon or ebay.

Received a notice order #1123 was delivered yesterday. It was not delivered yesterday or today. Would like credit returned to my credit card.

Not for me, I was totally allergic to them! My head is still stuffed up and my eyes were red and burning. I am also allergic to pine and other things. I was really hoping they were ok for me.
