Cheap small failing disorganized

The service is terrible, badly organized and prone to random flight cancellations. After that, the customer service is even worse, outsourced and working against itself. The rebranding/restructuring from "Meridiana" to "AirItaly" did not help.
I have yet to receive hundreds of € from simply a flight they cancelled.

Cheap but discreet experience

The flight schedule was put forward to the early morning but with the possibility of refund. Online experience to improve (an error message made necessary to reserve the seats directly at airport), but good approach of land and flight staff.
Probably I'll fly again with Airitaly

Poor Customer Service, Dodgy Refund Policy

While the industry is unregulated and dire need of a shake-up, companies like Air Italy are proving why that needs to happen now more than ever. A system with blatantly poor customer service (sending a generic response without a personalised touch), does not bode well with their customers.

Also there is concrete proof that greed is their main motivator as a company through their generic refund policy. They lack incentive to even try to sympathise and respect their customers. Why would one person recommend this airline, when a thousand can unrecommend it for its dodgy business practices. You had plenty of time to on-sell my ticket, and to still make a reasonable profit. Instead you doubled your returns and left me broke and defenseless.

In 2018, we need to start speaking up against these kinds of practices and this airline needs to be held accountable for its actions.

Disinterested sullen staff

Disinterested sullen staff. Only one person checking in bags, we had to race to the gate by the time we actually checked in our bags, which took an hour.
