Easier than expected. Pricing seemed competitive & fair.

Had a rush order that needed to be delivered the next day. AirFreight was able to meet our customer's need. They were very responsive and gave plenty of updates while the shipment was in transit. Will definitely be using AirFreight in the future.

We had a heavy piece of material that needed to be moved from Michigan to Oregon for a critical repair on our Dredge. I was frantically reaching out to freight forwarders to help with this move. Of the 3 companies I contacted, yours was the only one that actually answered my phone call. The other companies required an email request form be filled out. Andy Ernst your expeditor had a quote and options for us immediately. We received the material as promised which saved several days of downtime. We actually had the material in hand before one of the other companies replied with a quote. The third company never responded to my request for a quote. Andy tracked my shipment and sent updates as it was moving. The simple fact that Andy Ernst answered the phone and helped me quickly resolve a critical problem is what gets you 5 stars from me.

They got the part we needed and no issues

I called Andy Ernst at 12:30 pm needing an emergency load shipped from Baltimore to Missouri. I had very little hope that someone could source a driver to deliver the next morning. However, Andy had my cylinder loaded and headed my way in less than 3 hours of signing the contract. I then got multiple emails and texts relaying the drivers location, phone number ant ETA. There will only be one person I call from now on.

Very fast order turnaround (less than 1 week advance notice) and responsive customer support via phone and e-mail. I appreciated the daily updates of driver location. Setting up pickup and dropoff windows was seamless! Company provided certificate of insurance upon request.
