Ordered but a week later is still was…
Ordered but a week later is still was to be processed. When I contacted them it turns out there was an issue and the order didn’t reach there end which was out of there control, how ever they processed it the very next day and delivery was prompt. Quality of jumpers are great.

Ordering process was simple, tracking not so!
The ordering process was pretty simple, the items arrived in good time and were as described on the website. The only issue was it was not simple to track the parcel, once despatched. This may be an issue with the Royal Mail app/website, but I kept getting a message saying that I would only get an update once an attempt to deliver the parcel had been made. This meant I had no clue when the package was arriving.
