Experience - Aire One Heating & Cooling
My experience with Aire One Heating & Cooling has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, unprofessional from start to finish.
Communication is a major issue. Reaching someone is a challenge in itself—long wait times on calls, repeated holds, and even after finally connecting, the interaction feels rushed and unhelpful. On multiple occasions, I received automated emails stating that someone would call back to schedule or discuss appointments, but no one ever followed through.
When you do manage to speak with someone, the tone and approach are concerning. It often feels as though they are not interested in your business. Conversations tend to be one-sided, with representatives attempting to dictate terms rather than listen. At times, it even felt like words were being put into my mouth, and calls were abruptly cut off without resolution.
Overall, the experience comes across as dismissive and arrogant, rather than customer-focused. Based on my interaction, I chose not to proceed further—and in hindsight, I’m relieved I didn’t engage in any business with them.
What is particularly confusing is the stark contrast in their online reviews across platforms. Publicly available ratings appear highly inconsistent—for example, platforms like Google and HomeStars show very high ratings (around 4.8), while others such as BBB are significantly lower (around 1.4), with Trustpilot and community forums reflecting more mixed to negative feedback.
Such wide variation in ratings may indicate differences in customer experiences, review solicitation practices, or other factors which i leave it to your wisdom. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to conduct thorough, independent research across multiple platforms before making a decision.
Honestly, I don’t understand how such high ratings exist—especially at this scale. Even many top-tier businesses and 5-star hotels don’t consistently maintain such volumes of near-perfect reviews.
Final advice: Do your due diligence. Read across platforms, not just one, before engaging with this company.
