Niche product found

Over the course of this week, I raised a request for a very hard to find niche bearing. Through Tuesday and Wednesday, Ryan was in great communication with myself, either email or phone, and helped me find the exact product I was after. There was a slight change I requested to the purchase order, but this was handled immaculately, and refund was processed and received in 24 hours and the final order processed. The bearings have now been received today, so all in all, was sorted in 5 days which is crazy great.
So massive shoutout to Ryan Douglas in sales for an amazing job
