Scammers.
Scammers.
Their website looks great and gives off the impression that you will receive a high quality and AirEasee branded item in the post. You won't. They'll send out a generic unbranded item from China that only costs a few dollars on websites like Temu and AliExpress.
This is a known scam which the banks WILL cover. To get your money back first contact AirEase. They will respond with an email that makes it sound like you can't get your money back. You can.
Contact your bank, and ask to do a "chargeback" on this item. Provide them with a photo of what you received, the sellers website URL, and you can also use this review as evidence that it has affected other customers.
You will get your money back, and the scammers will be charged a fee for wasting your time. Once they've had a few of those, their payment processor will close them down.
Shame on you whoever runs this "business" go start a legit business for goodness sake
