Electrical socket open with a big…

Electrical socket open with a big gaping hole and paper inside, thick dust, cobwebs thats in excusable, holes in walls, no fencing or wall at hottub to prevent disastrous falls (there are imagines online of this having all ready happened) hosts don't care, unapproachable, rude, hold 0 accountability and 0 effert of an apology, sauna not private and shared. Plus so much more wrong, picturs and videos have been put on their fb (probably hidden) on trip advisor also.
