I had a query regarding the returns policy and the customer service team were very responsive and very helpful.

However since then I have heard nothing. I ordered the product which had a tracking link showing it had been dispatched. This link no longer works, no sight of the product and I cannot get hold of the customer service team.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLUELESS ROBBING IDIOTS. They operate illegally so I have no idea how they get away with it. The item is plastic rubbish that you can buy from Tik Tok shop for a tenner. They do not allow returns unless it is faulty, which is against UK consumer regulations, and if you do actually get to return it if it is faulty, they charge you a £50 checking fee for the privilege! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. ROBBERS
UPDATE 7th Feb 2026- The company have contacted me to say they will pay me to remove my negative review! They have offer me £50 to take it off Trust pilot. That's not really fighting fair. Paying everyone who has left poor reviews. At the end of the day, the reviews are factually correct and honest, and paying every single person who has or will leave bad reviews is not honest or fair. It must be owned now by a company called Foster Group, as the email I received was from them.

DO NOT BUY! It's not at all clear from their website but they dont accept any returns unless there is an issue - b/c its tatt and not worth buying! Very disappointing.

Checked out with PayPal and yet they did not use my full address so item never delivered yet they advised this was on me and again, no refund
Save yourself time and stress and avoid like the plague - they advertise great reviews on Trust Pilot yet these are all fabricated - please do check them yourself this is nothing but a scam company !

When I had a problem with my Airbrush their customer service team were extremely helpful and I am very happy to get a replacement airbrush from them as it worked very well on my hair.

I was and continue to be impressed with this product. It has truly surpassed my expectations. It dries my hair quickly and leaves it straight and manageable. The curling adapters take a bit more practice but I can see why people love them. Would recommend and in fact have been.

Do not buy this item. The seller does not abide by normal trading standards and practices. I bought via Shopify, duped by the claim that it is as good as a Dyson, and far cheaper. I should have thought more than twice, that it was too good to be true. I have tried to return for refund, but they will only refund if defective. Quite simply, the quality is poor and so I wanted to return as 'unwanted'. Seller refused, quoting terms and conditions that were not visible when I bought. I entered into a long series of emails with the seller to complain, but had no joy. And all of the responses began with empty statements - "We are sorry you are unhappy", "We fully understand your concern" etc., but apparently not sorry enough to accept that they sell poor quality goods and use doubtful selling practices.

I am not sure how people are rating this product so high. It's cheap plastic rubbish. It curls your hair and immediately falls out. I wanted to return it, but they don't accept return. At all. Looks like if you do manage to return it they would deduct a $50 inspection fee anyway. Just wish I didn't waste my money and saved for a decent product

Absolutely dreadful service. After emailing multiple times to Airbrush Pro and Yodel regarding my 5 in 1 styler being delivered to the incorrect address, I am still being refused a replacement or a refund...which I'm legally entitled to.
Would never purchase from this company again

I received my order very quickly and have been very pleased with how the Airbrush works. I am in my seventies and have fine, shoulder length hair. I can create volume or sleek whenever I want with the Airbrush. I use it every day and have no issues with it. My daughter has the Dyson one and says mine is just as good.

I received my airbrush quickly & was kept informed & given a tracking number so I knew exactly when to expect it.

I use the airbrush all the time now, it has so many different attachments that it can do everything you need so you are only using the one tool which saves time. The cost is very reasonable so I would definitely recommend in purchasing the airbrush.

The airbrush is not safe and started smoking and the company doesn’t want to know

The Airbrush has been exciting & loved trying different styles.
My hair is usually difficult to style, however I find it so easy to use & quick to style my hair, which is great just before I go out!
It’s been a game changer for me & would have no hesitation recommending the Airbrush to anyone!

Airbrush arrived in good time and well packaged.

It took a while for me to get used to using the airbrush but now love the product.

I would recommend having a video available with a demonstration on how to use the airbrush effectively, giving people some ideas on different hairstyles.

I wasn’t sure when I purchased but thought it was worth trying as much cheaper than the alternatives. I work as a make up artist and hair stylist so I deal with hair daily, this time I wanted something for my personal use. It took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait! I use it all the time with the different brush ends, I like to add volume for myself, or bouncy blow out, and I use with the paddle brush end on my daughters to smooth frizz. I posted on my social media and had so many messages from people asking me which brush it was. I have been really impressed and would recommend it, just find me on there if you’d like to see how I use it! @erikaswinn

My daughter loves her Air Brush, uses it every day and is no longer jealous of her friend who has the expensive alternative!

Ordered from Air Brush UK and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

I paid extra for an item that arrived damaged on 19th October. I asked for a refund several times — all ignored. Instead, weeks later, they suddenly shipped a replacement after I’d said I didn’t want it anymore, and are now refusing to refund me because “it’s been shipped.”

They’ve ignored my messages, delayed for weeks, and completely dismissed my rights as a customer. I’ve now had to escalate this under the Consumer Rights Act and through my bank for a refund.

Really disappointing and unprofessional — definitely think twice before ordering from Air Brush UK.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! This product is shockingly bad. I don't even have words. Trying to arrange a refund is a nightmare. The quality is absolutely horrendous. Please do NOT fall for the "Dyson is threatening legal action" nonsense on Instagram!! Don't waste a single penny of your money on this please. Do not buy this it's nothing like an airwrap it's not even a 5 quid Asda hairdryer

Update: I emailed them to return this since it’s garbage and smells like melted plastic. This was the response. I repeat: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It doesn’t work you won’t get your money back. Not sure how a video is going to demonstrate the smell but ok:

They asked for more information to verify I actually wasted 79 quid on the WORST product known to mankind. Aye I did. Contacted them to return it and they said soz you can’t unless it doesn’t work. Apparently smelling like melted plastic and blowing hair around without latching or curling a single strand doesn’t qualify as faulty. Stupid me bought directly from them if I bought it off Amazon I would’ve returned it immediately and had my money back.
If you’re thinking about it I suggest you buy the real Dyson Airwrap on a payment plan through Amazon or PayPal DO NOT BUY THIS
