Disgusting customer service

Ever since cancelling my daughter's classes I have been fighting forthemto stop charging me. When sending them messages, they are not contacting me back, just basically ignoring me. I have requested a refund for last months classes when I requested them to be stopped and am still waiting for it. 😡. I have had to contact my bank to request a block on them as they are not stopping taking payments. Their customer service is disjusting. I couldn't be more angry about it. I would advise anyone who is looking to deal with this company to strong not!!

Not recommended

During subscription with Air-class, I used painting class for my son. The tutor was wonderful. But unfortunately she wasn’t able to continue with us do to some reason and we try to arrange another tutorial. But, application was awful. There were 3 to 4 different contact numbers which I tried to reach a person to arrange. At last it didn’t happen but they deduct money from my account for no reason and when I asked them for refund they didn’t even answer the messages.
Not recommend

READ BEFORE YOU JOIN

Still no sight of refund and has been waiting patiently for 4 months now and they keep making promises and send me proof in different language saying, it’s been approved and with be with me in 2-3 days and that was on 13 th May. This is a fraud company, I lost my hard money money with this company.

Nothing has been done since, neither the subscription has been cancelled, lessons are not taking place as teacher never turned up for lesson and said she hasn’t been informed about the lessons and the money we paid for 6 lessons we only had 2 so far and no refund obviously. I emailed their customer service a week ago and no reply from them either.

I was told 2 weeks ago that £42 for 6 lessons on the condition that I stay with them for 3 years, which obviously they WILL NEVER tell you this when you sign up.

I have it writing when I asked them that why your payment link says 36 payments when I want to sign up for 6 classes, they confirmed DONT WORRY YOU CAN PAUSE ANYTIME AND CANCEL ANYTIME. I CANT BELIEVE HOW A COMPANY CAN LIE TO YOU and then send you these nice emails on trust pilot that we value you and issue the refund.

Beware once you sign up, YOU CANT CANCEL, I asked bank to put them as a fraudulent transaction.

Wonderful experience

By chance i came across such website. I had been looking for some sort of professional way to improve my business english skill. I have realised immediately that what i was looking for when the class started with Chandra Ma'am who holds lot of knowledge, experience, passion for teaching; she teaches me with lot of personal touch and method is also very uniquie. I get not only quality teaching but also right mentorship from her. It is bringing lot of changes in me. I want to thank Miss Anjali here for support whenever required. Great experience!

We were skeptical at first as found the website by chance. We wanted our son to improve on his thought process so enrolled him for the English classes with Chandra ma'am. I must say that the classes have helped him work on the areas that we were looking for. All the staff is also well versed. I would especially like to thank Swati who was always there to help and made every care call as parent friendly as possible. As a parent we wanted someone to make sure that our son is constantly getting the kind of support that we were looking for and she made sure that it's always fulfilled.

Poor service and no sight of refund

Still no refund has been issued and I was promised by Airclass.

This is a joke and I keep sending messages and it seems they don’t want to pay me my refund.

Can anyone sort this out this is 5th time I have been promised about my refund and I have been chasing that since April. Lessons stopped obviously and my money hasn’t been paid back.

LA JHENNY said she is manager and promised the refund more than two weeks ago and every time I chase for money, they said we will get back to you but they never will.

They took my bank details again for refund which was I didn’t wanted to give but they said we will need your details to issue refund.

I have reported my bank about this company an will file an official complaint as well externally.

Beware it seems a bogus and fraudulent company.
