warning others of AIP's untrustworthiness
We had dealings with Jay Bala, the founder of this fund. Unfortunately our experience, as part of a private equity financing deal, was incredibly poor and I am writing this review to warn others of his untrustworthiness.
We had funded the deal originally to the tune of around $150,000 on the agreement AIP would fund the rest.
Everything was so positive, until the second the money was sent. Then overnight AIP turned difficult, elusive and evasive. We never got the deal funding that was promised and we were out of pocket for $150,000.
Jay Bala was rude, aggressive and uneducated on the calls we had with him. Despite what the fund claims, it's clear their comprehension of technology and AI is incredibly lacking.
Now it's a case of going down the legal route to get the money returned.
