Too many mistakes
Too many mistakes. I tried to delete my info even after it asking multiple times. So all info stays on site. Guess we'll know who to blame if my accounts get hacked. Horrible site.

"Privacy Policy" is literally not even…
"Privacy Policy" is literally not even a link, it's dead text. The website looks like it's populated from a template (maybe by AI), with no thought into any local legal bounds. Not sure if anyone should trust to upload their photo into this site and count on not becoming part of a AI model training set for suspicious purposes

Charged and unable to generate photo…
Charged and unable to generate photo for use as passport photo to print out (size incorrect) went to help to unsubscribe so I don't have an ongoing charge, unable to unsubscribe via help, cannot find this option on the app which says I am subscribed!!!!

Their service doesn't work, they guarantee that the photo will be compatible for your passport but it failed multiple times. The support is not friendly and unwilling to help you.
