Not on time , Very Cheep quality , When I try to Exchange they don't want to , when i ask them to return , to give money back , they want's me ship with my own expanses & ask me to send the tracking # to them.
Very poorer customer service .

If I could give this scam of a company a zero I most certainly would. I never received my order & low and behold their website is suddenly gone. The emails I have sent only get BullS_ _ t scripted responses to hold me off a bit longer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They had a clearance sale on a wicker sofa with pillows so I ordered it for my sick mom so she could enjoy the outdoors. Well, I tracked it for a while. Now it says AIOWSTORE does not exist. That was a cruel joke to play. On my tracking app it even shows that it is near Longbeach California. Today it is 07/18/2021 supposedly it arrived at that distribution center 07/02/2021. I checked today just to see and yup still there. It came from China. Ugh. It breaks my heart. After being scammed I cannot get a new one because I am in the negative in my account. 🥺 p.s I even read reviews on that company. I can't believe it was fake. I always do research.

Fvck these scamming turds. It would be more reasonable to do business with ISIS. If you want a hoodie I can make you a better one out of toilet paper for a tenth of what they charge you and it will still turn out better. They will send you a piece of cloth ripped out of the Saudi Arabian desert wipe their a55es with it and take 18 months to get it delivered to you.

Terrible company. Refund policy is a disgrace and items are overly priced. You have to do all the leg work while they sit back and over charge people for there merchandise.

I dont order here no more. I ordered a tank top and legging. I only got the legging. Their response was that i only ordered the legging. I sent them a screenshot of mi order but stil they stick to there first answer. Scammers, nothing more nothing less.

The hoodies are very bad. The color is ugly

Clueless. Don't commit to promises. No apologies in failings. Response time to communication is good tbf, but content is frustratingly hollow.

This might be a long story,

I ordered twice from them. The first time I asked for a quick refund before they shipped (because I read the reviews after first purchase). They gave me the refund which is a plus! So I re-ordered, after I had a long conversation with one of them.

They went on a story about trust, and how the "competitors" are the ones writing the reviews. So I gave them a chance re-ordered a 5 piece monster hunter canvas (no frame), and they ship you an a very misleading product (after 28 days shipping to Canada). It was 5 pieces of quality paper with a color print on it. There's just no real canvas without the frame. Outside of that, print was meh, colors aren't deep, but the resolution wasn't bad or pixelated, something I can live with but after I had a long conversation about their own quality I still debate whether it was worth it.

The result; I made my own frame and it didn't turn out half bad. So if you're willing to do the work yourself its not a bad investment to get a print from this company.

My scoring

Company Mindset - 2/5 They don't enforce any of their visions or company principles.

Product - 3.5/5 - Good resolution, only decent color. Very misleading. Its weird when you pay for canvas art and only receive high quality paper.

Shipping - 2.5/5 - 28 Days to ship to Canada. I had ebay seller ship in 18 and, and one from China ship in 14.

Customer Service - 2.5/5 - They gave me my refund pretty quick, which was awesome. Their email replies weren't satisfactory, but at least they kind of try...by what little they understand about how to deal with people.

Value for money - 3/5 - Well it depends on if you're willing to do it yourself. If you're able to at least frame it yourself like I did, there's little reason to find someone else who can print it better and cheaper for you. So the value exist in some of the exclusive images that they provide that you will have a hard time finding anywhere else.

Installation process - 4/5 - They had all the edge sizes just right and there was enough space all around for some folding over a frame, Not to forget that it was evenly spaced around the edges. If you're willing to do it yourself, its not bad.

I've been a returning customer for quite some time. They're great- I've been recommending people I know to AIO Hacks since I first discovered the site!

It is a SCAM

My wife was interested in a paneled painting. We put in the order (as stated earlier, automatically charged for expedited shipping). We understood we had a 24 hr window if she changed her mind (to which she did). I cancelled the order within 12 hours. I received an email a day later asking me to confirm (and requested why I was cancelling). I replied within 12 hrs that my wife changed her mind and was considering something else.

After two months of back and forth, I had to contact my bank with the history of the transaction along with the terms. I refused the item when it did arrive. I would not consider doing business with this company (if you do not think the 1 star reviews are enough to base your decision).

yes aio hacks takes a while to show up though I haven’t found a single anime jumper better than what they sent me, absolutely love their jumpers and very upset the site is gone

Not what I expected I thought I was going to get a 3-D legit looking shirt but I got something straight out of the printer smh And it took a month and I paid like 30 bucks for it

I think this is not Japanese product so it is overpriced on the website, I bought a mouse pad on anime exhibition in a shop call Kadokawa, I am sure everyone knows this company never sell a fake product, but when I compare the computer pad I bought from AIO Hacks, the anime character on my mouse pad is like 1080P while the computer pad is like 240P

They automatically charge an expedite fee but take their time shipping your item. Wow...
4days later I received an email.
They don’t even email you an arrival date.

The poster I received was of poor quality and horribly wrinkled due to bad packaging. When I wanted to ask for a refund my account got deleted.

I had ordered 4 pieces of clothing, simple enough until they took 3 weeks to ship out of China. Some delays okay, that's fine whatever. Until finally 2 weeks after that it entered the U.S. and made it to my state. Then my package passed my town and took a trip down the coast and back to just outside my town back and forth for 4 more weeks. I was told that they could not help me, so I asked my local ups to help me out. They told me that the vendor had put the wrong label with the wrong address on it before it shipped even though I had purchased from the site 2 other times and my address was on file. After going back to the vendor they told me they couldn't help as they were going on holiday and I'd have to wait an extra 2 weeks. This label mix up could have also been easily avoided if their QC/QA was overseeing the packaging process. I messaged them back about a week later and demanded a refund, which they were able to grant pretty quickly. Other than giving hasty refunds they arnt good for much else. Don't waste your time with these guys. Along with having no idea what they're doing I have found in my own experience the quality of the product to always be sub par.

HORRENDOUS! Avoid at all cost!
Ordered a 3 panel print - print quality is awful it is faded and the pixels are not suitable for the size canvas, and no frame!
