Customer Service AT ITS WORST!
1 review since 2020 - shows a lot about this company.
I have been with these guys for over 2 years in regards to my phone tariff.
They have taking the money out on the last week of every month recently when i specifically said 1st week of the new month.
So I spoke to Kate, and her communication was as bad as it comes and i am built on customer service. I asked politely can you make my direct debit for the 2nd of every month - her response - No - sorry i dont think we can do this - not sure i can get this done - well sorry you feel this way but you are free to go if you want to move on! unreal! then spoke to the owner Aaron - and he laughed and said the same exact thing - you are free to move on if you like - I mean no wonder the 1 review - an absolute joke of a company.
