While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

It looks like pure fraud

It looks like pure fraud: car plate is registered in the application, there were parking events before for the plate, and... suddenly you get a paper bill for the registered plate number with a penalty-style fee claiming there were unpaid parkings... that are not shown in the application.

Avoid

Avoid. Customer service does not answer your questions, they just want your money. Not reachable by phone.

Unintuitive and unhelpful

Welcome. You're now trapped, no pay machine in sight, if you didn't get the app the instructions to pay are flashed for 5s on the way out. Oh, and the app requires the strongest password the average person will ever produce. For a parking app.
Sure, there's an easy pay-after-parking option even without the app, but it's hidden behind four menus on their website. And their costumer support is not open as long as their parking lots, obviously.

A Company that does not care about you

A company that does not care. This describes their style of doing business perfectly. Company has proven that they are not about serving their paying customers. Lack of empathy on their part is just amazing.

Customer service is nonexistent at best and when asking difficult questions, they just stop answering. Trying to ask about their terms of use, they are not able or willing to answer.

Since their operations are based on contract law they are able to bully their customers to paying extra for making ridiculously small mistakes, even if customer has paid for their services. There is also lack in oversee of this kind of business.

Usually, only way to challenge thir judgement is to take matters to customer protection services or even court. Most people will not do this since they are scared. Companies like this are a huge stress to consumer protection services and if they continue to operate like this, there won’t be any changes to that.

I would suggest that you stay away from this company and their app, if you have a chance to do so.

Also, if you think you have gotten an unfair judgement, take the matter forward. Do not leave it alone and pay. Even if you pay, you can make a complaint. Hopefully this way there will be more laws and oversee to make sure these companies will act more fairly towards their customers.
