Highly recommended

The staff team were friendly and super understanding of my needs. The report and meeting were both incredibly thorough and put a lot of stuff into words that I wasn't able to explain by myself.

They gave me advice on how to deal with some of my struggles and talked through what might work for me as solutions. Several pieces of equipment and softwares were recommended and demonstrated.

Would highly recommend them - they are kind, sensitive and understanding of people's needs and incredibly thorough with their reporting.

Super helpful

Aim Forward was really helpful in helping me find some additional methods to manage ADHD within the workplace. It was nice to speak to someone who understood different parts of having ADHD that not everyone would get

Much better alternative to occupational health!

Matt and the team aim forward are absolutely amazing. They made the whole process of going through need assessment easy for me. As a founder, I’ve personally gone through the process and have recommended this clients as well as supporting my neuro divergent employees. They’re super friendly and it doesn’t feel invasive in terms of the interview itself. I’d highly recommend instead of using occupational health for supporting employees with hidden disabilities such as neuro divergence.
