Ho disattivato l'abbonamento dal cellulare prima che scadesse la prima settimana e mi hanno continuato comunuque ad addebbitare i costi per le due settimane successive.

Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza. Non consiglio. Hanno fatto un addebito senza la mia conoscenza, poi non riesce a parlare con loro. AILEARNA dice che devi parlare con PADDLE, chi non so cosa sia, al riguardo dell'addebito, poi Paddle dice che può ricevere solo messaggi in inglese, che loro aiutano azienda di software a vendere i loro prodotti nel mondo. Alla fine nessuno se prende la responsabilità di risolvere. Molta difficoltà per riuscire a cancellare l'abbonamento.
