would definitely NOT recommend these guys absolute waste of time lost a lot for money with them and ended up deleting all the work they done for me still having money taken out of my bank will have to close account use someone you can talk to face to face not over internet set me back months

We successfully completed all the work agreed upon, which included your website design, business logo, domain & hosting, two months of SEO, and running both Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. Your website is still active and functioning well, as these were paid for and delivered in full.
Regarding your Google Business Profile, it was suspended directly by Google because your business was not registered in the UK. Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control and unrelated to the ads or SEO work we carried out.
As for the Facebook Ads, we understand you requested to stop them three weeks ago, and we honored that. The deduction you noticed recently was not a new charge from us, but rather a pending payment due to Facebook, which was processed later on their side.
We always strive to maintain honesty and deliver results. While advertising outcomes were modest due to the limited budget, they did generate results, and we had advised that increasing the budget would improve performance.
Once again, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we also believe it’s important that feedback reflects the true nature of the services provided.
