This company decived me when i was trying to pay for Claude, and i was no able to get my money back when i complained that i didn't need their services. Stay away from them

They sell you ChatGPT 4 as 5. They brand it as 5 but when you ask from the AI it says it is based on 4. It is slow and not even near to what they claim. They didn't refund and cancelled my subscription.
What do you call it ? Robbery or scam?

It is not possible to cancel the subscription. Support provides a solution that does not work. It is a scam!

They don’t let you cancel subscription. I tried multiple times months ago and tried again today, and last week. I contacted support and they sent out an instruction that led to error message. I’m afraid there’s no way to cancel nor remove my card. Total scam. I will chargeback.

Subscribed in February 2024. When they updated, I lost access. This happened in July 2024. I complained through the only means of contact, email, and after a week my subscription was reactivated. I insisted and subscribed on February 5, 2025, for one year and they did not change my subscription from free to pro. I was only able to access it on the first day. I have already sent several emails. I am trying to reactivate it. I paid through Google Pay and the money was received by paddle.com. I was able to access this site and spoke to the robot via chat, which recognized my payment, however, I have no access.

This app is a scam. The subscription is continually renewed even when you try to cancel. Once your card details are provided, you will be billed every year. They have zero customer service and refer you to a bot. Please run away!

It‘s a scam! I let them delete my profile and they still charged me half a year later! Since one month I try to get my money back. I‘ve never got an answer from them.

There is a way to unsubscribe. You should update your card info. The only way i found to unsubscribe, otherwise there was an error.

Actually the service isn't that bad. App works smooth and they upgraded it. 3 stars from me, cuz you gave me hard time:) Good luck and make it more clear with good support, you will earn more money that way.

Its a scam. I purchased thinking it was OpenAI in February 2024. I actually realized it yesterday that it is not OpenAI. My account says that subscription will automatically renew in February 202. I tried to cancel it but it led me to nothing but broken links and errors. I wrote several emails to them but they aren't responding. Its a total scam. I will have to probably now take it to higher authorities. Also they billed me from somewhere in the UK (as per the bill). Its an organized crime.

Please give me my refund back and cancel the subscription.

To me it happened the same. My one year subscription was cancelled after six months and no reply from support email.

We subscribed for a year and are now requesting to renew after using only six months. There is no support team, and when we send emails, they bounce back with the message "Message blocked." This suggests that the AI is fraudulent.

I paid for subscription in January. Now it's just got cancelled. Support doesn't reply. No fix for my issue. They expect me to subscribe again for the same amount.
No password or password reset option were provided. I couldn't make it work on mobile therefore.

Time passed and they fixed my subscription to PRO like 2 weeks later.

Fake product . I bought subscription for PRO for 1 year and they gave service only for 6 months. Please don't buy .They don't even reply to the support emails sent

I purchased an annual subscription (PRO user) on the 24 January 2024. The App was working really well for the last 6 months, however a couple of days ago my PRO subscription was cancelled and I was reverted to FREE user. I emailed the support for assistance but no answer.

Purchased the PRO version and all of a sudden the system keeps telling me I don't have it, even though the receipt I have says I'm paid up until February 2025. I've emailed, and have received no reply.

I am experiencing difficulty closing my account. I have tried e-mailing the company, but have not received a response. My account shows that I cancelled my subscription in March 2024, but I continue to be charged and e-mailed receipts.

I have to admit I was overwhelmed with the idea of AI assuming I wouldn’t be able to operate the platform. But AI App has made this extraordinary technology so simple to interact with that I feel at ease conversing with chat gpt and am simply spoiled having this mega hitter in my arsenal of tool for advantage over all my duties whether work, school or home organization. I love it.
