Created with AI, based on recent reviews
Invideo is an agentic AI video creation platform. Tell it what you want to make, a film, a brand campaign, a microdrama series, a performance ad, and its agents take it from script to final cut, routing across 200+ AI models to write, storyboard, generate, and edit every shot. From solo creatives to creative enterprises. Every video starts the same way: an idea in your head and a hundred tedious steps between you and the finished cut. Under the hood, invideo's agents route your work across 200+ AI image, video, audio and music models, like Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, GPT Image, ElevenLabs and more, choosing the right model and writing the right prompt for every single shot. And the agents remember. They hold your characters, follow your brand guidelines, your story in context, so you never repeat yourself. Want to try a new costume, location, or lead actor? Change it across every shot in one instruction instead of regenerating dozens of clips. When you want your hands on the work, it's all there: previz, VFX, hybrid filmmaking, a full timeline editor, multiplayer collaboration, and custom agents you can cast into roles like cinematographer or sound designer. Create films where you direct and the agents sweat the details. Ads that stay on brand in every format from one brief. Microdrama series that scale without losing the plot. One idea, spun into dozens of cuts for every channel.

I paid for the InVideo AI Plus plan, but after using the service I did not receive a completed downloadable/exportable video. The credits were consumed during the generation process, but it was not clear in advance how many credits would be used before getting a final usable result.
I contacted support and requested a refund, but they refused and only offered additional credits. This was a very disappointing experience. I paid for a finished video, not just for credits to be used without receiving a usable final product.
I would not recommend this app unless the pricing, credit usage, and refund policy are made much clearer before payment.
MAN WHERE DO I START, BUT I DO HAVE ONE WORD TO EXPLAIN THEM, MAGNIFICENT!!!!!!!!!!!
Drain all my credit at once for only 10 Sec video , I just use first time it's not worth it , like scam.
InVideo Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I absolutely love Invideo—not only because they have an incredible video platform, but because their customer service is top tier.
When I use InVideo, I use it BIG, so I often need extra credits. Sometimes, instead of purchasing additional credits, I accidentally upgrade my account thinking I’m simply adding more tokens. This month, I was shocked when my monthly charge was much higher than expected.
I immediately searched for customer support to request help. Within minutes of sending my message, I was already communicating back and forth with a representative. The response was fast, professional, and seamless.
Even better? Within minutes, my account was adjusted and the refund was back in my bank account.
That kind of service matters.
It’s rare these days to find a company with both an amazing product and exceptional customer care, but InVideo delivered on both.
And let me just add… the videos I create with their platform are BOMBDIGGITY too—so good! 😂
P.S. Particularly, Kenny in customer service ROCKS!!!
Highly recommend.
Tried to create two specific videos. Each were supposed to be roughly 30 minutes in length. I paid the $200/month fee and I had to keep adding several hundred dollars more worth of credits just to complete the first video. Final video was filled with bugs. Duplicate characters appearing, bugs in sound, frame rate video issues, not flowing smoothly etc.
I dont think this should be a paid service yet, although it looks promising its not going to create you a high quality video yet.
Far too many issues and far too high a cost for what you receive. I am over $500 in the hole and not one of the partially created videos is even usable.
Very disappointing experience. I purchased the ₹1999 plan with high expectations, but I was not able to create even a single satisfactory video. Credits were consumed very quickly, and the generated results were not useful for my needs.
I feel that my hard-earned money has been wasted. I expected a much better experience from a paid subscription. I hope the company improves its AI generation quality and customer support in the future.
Just be aware that this company believes $1500 is a budget friendly cost to generate a 2 minute video. Don't expect this to be an affordable option, for it to be worth your time, or to be able to get a refund if you're unsatisfied with random air elbows, two heads, 8 fingers, or backwards images in your videos. Every single error that needs to be fixed is at your expense. I paid $2000 for an hour long cinematic wedding film with actual humans behind the camera and received award winning quality, and didn't have to pay for their mistakes. Disappointed in this company to say the least.
I got charged 17.89€ even though I only purchased the plan for one month(from which I have only used for one video, and the rest of the credit is gone without me ever using it). I am still waiting for my money back.
There are a few problems with the product and i would be very careful before spending any money.
- It will estimate the credits required to create content and then apologies after for going 10x over, and at the same time reminding you of their no refund policy.
- when it runs out of credits, it will tell you it just needs a more mor to finish it - like an addict ! but you're forced to buy a bunch more. You feel like you've already invested your time and money getting there that it will be worth it so you dive in a pay a bit more (more then the entire subscription at this point). But youre hoping it will be worth it.
- When it finally creates something, it's more like a poorly formatted PowerPoint. If it has video, you'll likely see issues like the same actor appearing on the screen twice, or extremely poor graphics. But like other AI system, it will apologies, acknowledge it's poor and tell you that if you use just a few more credits it will fix it. At this point, you've already purchased a bucket load so you think "might as well". but it eats them up fast. And wants you to buy more..
At the end, you're left with a large bill some poor video intertwined with some open AI images.
its a shame product like Sora didnt make it, as they were significantly better.
Terrible company. The software does not deliver on its promises and they canceled plans for early adopters and expected them to pay again after breaking their original deal. Much better options elsewhere.
SCAM!!!! They charged me 75 credits for one short video that had multiple errors. I literally feel like I was just robbed. STAY AWAY!!
HORRIBLE experience.
I signed up for the Plus membership (approximately $20/month) because the platform advertised that 75 credits would be sufficient to generate up to 14 five-minute videos. My goal was to create a single 5-minute instructional/marketing video for my business.
In reality, producing the final video required more than 360 credits—nearly five times what I expected based on the advertised usage. I completed the project primarily as an experiment because I wanted to understand both the actual cost and the quality of the output.
While I was able to finish the video, the cost was far higher than anticipated and made the platform impractical for my business needs. Based on my experience, I will not be using this service again.
I would strongly encourage prospective users to carefully evaluate the true credit consumption before committing, especially if you plan to create longer-form content. What appears affordable at first can become surprisingly expensive very quickly.
I highly recommend staying away from invideo AI and saving your money. While the text prompting system seems fine at first, the actual video results it generates are complete trash.
1. The biggest issue is the credit consumption. It drains your monthly credits incredibly fast. To make matters worse, if you try to use the AI chat to edit or fix the bad footage, the AI completely ruins the edit and charges you even more credits for the process.
2. The user interface feels like a trap designed to make you run out of resources instantly so you are forced to buy more. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on this subscription. There are much better AI video tools out there that actually offer value and transparency.
The most I can give, 1 star.
It is a complete SCAM. I paid over$100 to generate a 3 minute video and still did not get it done. There must be a way to sue this company or have it removed. At least the finacial institution could flag it.
Overcharges you for generation. Charged me 100x what it said it would be for video assembly.
Charged 5 ($1.25) credits for a single GPT 2 image after it claimed the $20 subscription would cover 300.
Claims non generative edits are free then eats credits doing edits.
When it did generate it was wrong, failed to scale images correctly which I had to do offline.
Second video attempt it then generated a video 1 whole minute shorter than the music.
Broken or scam.
I signed up for InVideo Pro and within minutes the AI agent burned through all my credits without producing a single finished video I could download. Nothing was exported. Nothing was usable.
When I contacted support requesting a refund — since the product failed to deliver what was advertised — they refused. They said the credits were consumed during "real time compute" and that their terms and conditions prevent refunds.
I was a brand new customer who signed up less than 24 hours earlier and never got one working video out of the platform.
The tool is misleading. It promises automated video creation but the credit system is a trap — especially the AI agent mode which burns through credits on incomplete generations with no warning and no refund when it fails.
Avoid InVideo if you are a beginner expecting a simple automated video tool. It is not that. Save your money and go elsewhere.
total scam. It creates a video with errors; no voice; and when you ask it to fix it , it says "error". It still charges you the credits and does not fix anything. Waste of money
Great customer service. easy to use website with great video outcomes.
Complicated to use and you just BURN through credits with nothing to show for it. I spent over $75 and didn't end up with anything I could use. Customer service tried to help, but they can't fix their inefficient tool. Other AI video generators are much better.
