BEWARE.! Terrible communication - Ahoy will ignore you.!

BEWARE.! Terrible communication - Ahoy will ignore you.! We worked with Ahoy and they took a lot of money to create what was a essentially a website built on a basic platform, Magento. They missed a lot of what was supposed to have been done and are not rectifying the issues. They also only provided PDF design files and are not responding to our requests for the editable files. Advice from our company with over 600+ positive reviews... AVOID AHOY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! We are currently in the process of issuing county court proceedings to resolve because we've made countless phone calls and emails and and are just getting ignored! Shambles!
