Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service from initial contact to completing job. Expert and polite. Price very reasonable. Full explanation of work required and sort agreement before instigation. Sam was a credit to the company. Highly recommended

Professional and friendly.

Speedy, quality service and good communication

Sam provided speedy service, getting out to us the same day (for a non urgent issue) and communicated well throughout. He had to come back and fit a part and this was done promptly and carefully. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

Excellent business - highly recommend!

Sam came out on the same day as my initial call. He was immediately so helpful and arrived within an hour. He identified the problem promptly and did his best to source the required part as soon as possible. Due to it being just before New Year there was a slight wait to get the part delivered. Sam rang around to different businesses to see if he could get it quicker. Sam returned today to fix the garage door with the new part and it’s now locking again as it should! I highly recommend Sam for any locksmith work and will certainly contact him again if needed. Thanks Sam!

Sam was absolutely brilliant from start…

Sam was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was so friendly, professional, reliable, and completely trustworthy. His response and arrival were incredibly quick, keeping us updated on his arrival and working with us to determine the cause over the phone for a faster resolution - which was exactly what we needed with a door that wouldn’t shut so late in the evening! He really went out of his way to help us by fixing the issue and replace parts required, despite the late hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a local, dependable locksmith. We will 100% be back again next time we need the help!

Very pleased with our new lock

Very pleased with our new lock, we were in a pickle but he figured it out and swiftly replaced the lock. Highly recommend AHLP Locksmiths will defo use them again if we ever need a locksmith.

Highly recommended!

Sam was fantastic, came out the same day and fixed our door in under an hour. It was unfortunately raining quite a lot, but he still got the job done, and late on a Friday evening. Sam took time to make sure we were happy with his work and gave us all the information about the new keys, including a warranty for the lock. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Great service

Great service - they attended the same day to change our locks, knowledgeable and friendly guy who was very capable and had the job done in no time, and a good quality lock fitted. No hesitation in recommending AHLP to anyone.

Great service

Right from my initial enquiry I was impressed by the speed of response and the helpful information provided. Sam came when expected and was very pleasant to deal with. He suggested it may not be necessary to replace my whole lock, just a component part which I appreciated as it saved money. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and AHLP locksmiths.

Great service by Sam

Great service by Sam! Called and he came back to me answering all my queries then completed changing the lock in a door that was locked, no damage caused. Quick, efficient and will definitely use Damnagain if needed.
